Individual therapy is a collaborative and supportive process between therapist and client that seeks to restore or improve a client's quality of life. Therapy can help individuals overcome thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that interfere with emotional and mental well-being. Therapy can treat symptoms of depression and anxiety as well as everyday concerns including relationship problems, stress management, and career ambitions.

Additionally, therapy can help individuals become more self-aware and better equipped to face life's challenges. Whether you are dealing with infertility, coping with the stresses that come with being pregnant, or having difficulty adjusting to your new role as a mother, counseling can help you enjoy this wonderful time in your life.

A desire to support others in living their best lives has been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember. Perhaps it is innate, perhaps it is due to my own adverse life experiences, or perhaps a bit of both. I understand what it is like to struggle and thrive and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be empowered to live their life and not just get by.
As an individual therapist, I work with you one-on-one in a safe and supportive environment that aims to facilitate change and improve your quality of life. My focus as a Therapist is to resolve the issues that brought you into therapy and create the change you seek for your life. We will begin by setting personal goals for yourself and identify steps toward resolution or achievement.

Adolescence is undeniably one of the most challenging periods in life. Even more so for teens now-a-days. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, nearly one out of five teenagers has a diagnosable mental health disorder.
