Dr. Don Nguyen, or Dr. "Don" as his patients know him was born in Ames, Iowa and spent his childhood growing up and traveling overseas, having previously lived in Cameroon, Indonesia & Malawi. His father worked in the U.S. Foreign services department, which provided their family the opportunity to live abroad and travel internationally.
What a wonderful office, all the staff and doctors are hands down amazingly friendly, warm and so caring. Walking in you are immediately greeted by Ms. Julie. WOW what a sweet smile and friendly welcome I received. Julie helped me understand the procedure and the cost, she's very attentive and helped me not feel so nervous.

I completed a repair of a cracked molar with Dr. Don this morning. He explained the entire procedure in great detail and prepared my tooth to receive a crown two weeks from now. Going to the dentist is never fun but when I sit in a dentist chair for two hours without pain then I consider that an excellent experience. The staff at The Hills Modern Dentistry are friendly and very helpful.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Don is awesome. Came in needing corrective work on some fillings done. He thoroughly explained every step of the work he intended to do to fix my issue and his reasoning behind it, and was willing to work with me and trust my input along the way. Happy to have found my new dental office!

Everyone at The Hills Modern Dentistry is absolutely, hands-down incredible! All staff members that I had the pleasure of interacting with today were kind, caring, fun, and hospitable. The atmosphere is open and warm, and they really work on creating relationships with their patients. Dr. Vivienne Ngo is amazing! She answered all my questions and, as a first-time patient, she made my experience comfortable and engaging. Absolutely love it here!

I would highly recommend The Hills Modern Dentistry. The staff are always friendly and helpful and truly take a personal interest in the patients. I have had some complicated dental problems and Drs. Don and Vivian have provided the highest quality of care. Their skills and knowledge are exceptional and I say this as a physician myself. I had the good fortune of choosing The Hills Modern Dentistry, Dr. Don and Dr. Vivienne, when my previous dentist proved to be a huge disappointment. I have been so happy with the excellent care and the great staff. Dental work is an art and the experience I had with Dr. Don and Dr. Vivienne was the finest I have ever had. I had 9 teeth replaced with porcelain crowns and could not be happier. I have always been unhappy with my smile and this experience has me smiling all the time. Thank you so much Dr. Don and staff. You all get an A plus for sure!!!
