The State of Michigan is a "No-Fault" state. What does that mean? When an individual is in an automobile accident in Michigan, liability does not determine whether or not that individual can receive help to get better. Certain benefits have been included in the No-Fault law to provide aide to the injured.
In 2014 there were 298,699 reported automobile accidents in the State of Michigan. Of that number 71,378 people were injured and 878 people were killed. This office are low balling, none communicating will not fight on your behalf in fact they drag your case until you are doomed and can’t pursue anything for your bills. They are the absolute worst I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Sad that the thing that happen to you turns your life upside down and they waist your time take your money and does nothing to help!!!!!! Horrible Awful Unprofessional business
