I went to the Atlanta family counseling and one of the lack of a better word person who doesn’t know how to counsel she put her personal feelings within the problems of the patient and family. U suppose to separate personal from professional. She is a quack of a therapist and she should have her license suspended. Til she get her person issues addressed and resolved.

I’ve been receiving individual counseling for a year in June and have made tons of progress when it comes to my personal and professional relationships. Kelly has been a great motivator and a compassionate listener. She uses innovative thinking to help me create new habits for my life. Kelly is open minded, nonjudgmental and creates a safe environment that allowed me to feel comfortable taking about difficult situations. Front staff are always helpful and kind. I was denied a written report from the Counselor Who Conducted the session. This was strange do to the fact I am a repeat client of this practice and had no problems receiving a report before. The counselor also failed to deliver on writing the report and delivering the report on time, or at all, and to the necessary recipients even after assuring and signing a disclosure agreement stating that she would.
Repeated Unprofessional conduct since I had to ask several times for this which was completely unnecessary. They had no concern for completing this and providing this time sensitive information
