Getting a new kitten is a very special experience with lots of joy, warmth and laughter. There is a reason why the internet is so full of kitten and cat pictures and videos. Kittens are super fun, loving and entertaining. Kitten care does involve some amount of hands-on attention from human family members.
If you have lived with your cat since it was young then you have a good understanding of what is normal for your cat in the way of behavior and habits. Any changes in their behavior or habits can be a sign of illness. Dr. Silver is amazing, worked with us every step of the way, with care and integrity. My cat Loki had a urinary blockage emergency and needed to be admitted. They immediately let us back even though we did not have an appointment, after calling around to several vets who advised they would not have room even though it was an emergency. They let us stay in the room while they assessed him, offered treats and catnip. There was even a cat condo to hide/play in. Obviously it was not cheap, but they saved his life. I had taken my now 6 1/2 year old dog to Daycare at Boca Park on a couple of occasions over the years, which was always a positive experience! When my original vet retired recently, who was also wonderful but on the other side of town, I brought my dog to Boca Park to establish with a veterinarian, being right around the corner from my house. Now, I don't know why I didn't do that years ago because EVERYONE is fantastic...from the front desk staff to the the boarding to the nurses to the veterinarians themselves! (I am sure the grooming is great as well, I just haven't brought my dog to them yet

I have a very sick allergy Labrador. We battled it for four of his five years of life. I was desperate. Dr.Ensign made a special allowance as my dog is actually my father in laws. A retired disfigured blind Vietnam Veteran.

Great annual visit today with our 4 year old pup. Michelle was our intake vet assistant and listened to our questions concerns so that when Dr. Warren came into the exam room we had narrowed down our questions by half!
The staff distracted our pup with light scratching and tummy rubs while he was inspected head to toe.
We found a few things to do differently and Dr. Warren was very good about motivating us to change.

Dr.Silver has been Gunnar’s vet for a few years now. When she re-located, we hunted her down and made an appointment. We travel over 20 miles to see her, but we wouldn’t have it any other way… neither would Gunnar! I moved to Boca Park from West Charleston Animal Hospital. I left West Charleston for several reasons. Some of the major ones were the long wait times and what I felt was the lack of care towards my senior Pomeranian. I was pleased when I arrived and check-in was a breeze. Our nurse, Paula, was out within just a few minutes. She took her time documenting my concerns and getting to know my pup. Dr. Gorgon was a breath of fresh air. She immediately noticed things that our other vet had never even mentioned! Dr. Gorgon was extremely easy to get ahold of when I needed to speak with her about the results

Great first impression. I don't want to take my dog somewhere if I feel any reluctance. They are a business however they never made me feel like the money was more important than my animals health. The staff all well versed in their jobs. The ownership should be proud of their hiring and training. Dr. Silver was magnificent. Managed my expectations well. I look forward to a comfortable, confident relationship with them. My dog is my best friend. If he is doing all right, the rest of my life is gravy. Have been looking for a Veterinary practice in Las Vegas that was truly interested in my pet...and not focused primarily on selling accident insurance !! This business was staffed by happy, friendly, outgoing staffers. Every staff member I came in touch with was outstanding. Was even completely surprised by the bill at the end of my appointment...so pleasantly surprised. While sitting in the reception area after our appointment waiting for Uber...the assistant manager approached us and said she was going in my direction and she would be happy to drop me at my house....totally an above and beyond
