The food was prepared deliciously. I love my sushi and sashimi, this night we ordered Sashimi and though the cuts were wonderful and little lemon slice would have upped the stars.

This place is easily the best sushi in town. Delicious! They also have a have a really good hibachi show, very funny. I would recommend the Yummy roll. They also have lunch specials which makes the pricing great.

One of the managers was extremely rude and unprofessional to us. I wanted my 4 year old daughter to experience hibachi for the first time so I took her there. Manager told us it would be about 15 - 20 mins for the grill to start so we waited and I ordered spider roll and seaweed salad to start. Later Manager showed up with a group of six people While I was eating. Then manager told me I had to move. I didn’t mind moving at all, but I felt irritated and looked down. It’s her gesture and tone Of voice. I kept it to myself and didn’t say anything, but second time she was rude I told her I would

While the food was very good, the staff is the rudest experience I've had in years. Waitress could not get our order right, which prompted the cook to get upset, leave the table, yell at the manager, only to have the manager return and read our order to us, tell her it was wrong, and watch as she argued with her own staff right at the table. From then, the waitress would not return to our table for anything. We had to find her for refills and even for the check. Unprofessional, untrained, will definitely not return.

I have eaten here before and it was average but it has taken a bad turn. This place is filthy. We ate at the Sushi bar and it was sticky. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in years. The tea was rancid. The food was terrible. The salad had so much water in the bowl it was like salad soup. Wish I had taken a picture before the waitress took it. No apology for the disgusting tea or salad. The chicken teriyaki came like fajitas. Weird. The "fried rice" had no egg or vegetables. This place is nasty!

Manager was extremely rude. Ordered a meal that tasted like bad fry oil and was told “they can’t take any food back because they make it fresh.” As if that’s not every single restaurant that exists. She refused to take it off the bill and we didn’t eat it but were charged for it. No customer service at all, will not be returning.

Ordered the cod. It was so overcooked that it was more like fish jerky. Our waitress was on her phone the whole time. This was our first visit and probably our last. Also ordered the vegetable hibachi and it was like vegetable soup. It wasn't totally bad but the presentation was horrible. Expect more from a place that charges as much as this restaurant does.

Slow service. Filthy bathrooms and dirty plates and there was a Mouse trap in customer waiting area. We waited for the food but half our order didn't arrive on time. Their comment was it was it was coming and when we ordered the sushi we said no fish eggs. They came covered in eggs.

We got to Wasabi shortly after opening. Staff was ready to go and we got our drinks order in short after being seated. Staff is still wearing masks and seating is spaced. The server was pleasant, but had some limited knowledge of the menu. The Tako (octopus) salad was presented different than what I expected, but that did not change the fact it was very fresh and the cucumber strips were fresh and crisp. The spicy tuna hand roll had too much panko crumbs for my liking but the tuna was fresh and spiced just right. The tuna tuna roll (spicy tuna center with tuna sashimi on top) is very tasty

The sushi here was not memorable for me. The hibachi, however, is the best I've ever had. This is the best fried rice you'll ever eat. The quality of the meat is very good. My dad requests this everytime they come to visit. The salad and soup they give you beforehand is absolute garbage, however. The soup is a clear dishwasher broth with one scallion and the salad is a handful of watery iceberg lettuce pieces and a pint of overly gingered dressing. Still our go to for hibachi! Service is great and restaurant is clean, also nice bathrooms. This is one of our most frequented spots in town

So I have said before that I would save a one-star review for a place with cockroaches running across the floor, however my caveat to that is if the management has a piss-poor attitude regarding issues with meals, which Wasabi's management does suffer from, apparently, based on our experience there today.
Conveniently for their poor service one cannot leave a review on their local Facebook page.
We arrived late and were seated after 1p so were not part of a lunch rush. There were two other tables already seated and into their meals when we arrived. We ordered hibachi. The waitress was pleasant

I gave 2 stars only because they made things right and took the steak off our bill (after complaining twice). We ordered our steaks MEDIUM and got them like this. Highly disappointed.

Sadly disappointed with Wasabi, waitress was slow, beer warm, couldn't believe how nasty the bathroom and carpet in the restaurant. We won't be back. Appetizers were cold.

We were able to get a seat at the hibachi table right away. For the most part the food was good, the chief put on a good show, the waitress was good. My only complaints are, the salad dressing appeared to have been put on early in the day and had a bit of thousand island taste to it. The hot tea cup has no way to hold it without burning your hands so be careful when picking it up, other then these 2 things we felt Wasabi is comparable to the other Japanese restaurant in town without the long wait.

Very personal service at your table. Two other families were seated at the same grill we were, but the spacing is such that it is not an issue. (Pictured are fried rice being made. The meal for everyone at the table which included fish, chicken and scallops; and the finished plate of a lunch portion of scallops or as the cook called them marshmallows.)

If the review could allow me to post without a star, I would. We had an office get together today, called around 11:30AM to place an order for pickup at 12:30PM. They told our Office Manager that they could not do that and had to call back 15 minutes before pickup time. So we did at 12:14PM, was told ready for pickup in 15 to 20 minutes. 1 chicken bento box, 3 lunch specials with 3 rolls and 1 steak hibachi with fried rice.
I sent my boss at 12:35 just to make sure it was closer to when it would be ready from what they said. He nearly waited an hour for them to MAKE the order when he arrived.

Good hibachi restaurant. Always entertaining. Food is always good but smaller portions than most hibachi restaurants. Great service. I would give it 5 stars if the portions were bigger.

I had the cucumber wrapped tuna and salmon roll. It was seasoned with some sort of vinegar which was unique and unpleasant compared to many other cucumber wrapped rolls I've had that used ponzu instead.
The fish seemed fresh, portions moderate. The service was average for lunch time.
I don't think I'd come back given that I adore cucumber wrapped rolls and this one was a huge letdown.

I tried to give them some time and try again, but I am sorry to say today I almost consumed the worst sushi I had in my life. Staff was busy so that's fine, but they had like two waitresses working and two laughing and standing around with the sushi chef. So I order a shrimp bento box which was okay it only has two pieces of shrimp but definitely has potential to be a good lunch option. I ordered three rolls. They came out unstructured and messy. I looked the salmon and it looked mushy. I took a bite and all my sushi was warm and it should have been cool. Does this place not have a refrigerator

You're probably better off just throwing money out of the car window while speeding down the highway. Maybe their hibachi is okay but I haven't had that in years. Walking in you're overwhelmed by a smell of dirty carpets and just generally unkempt unwashed "sauces." If you sit at the hibachi tables you're going to smell and there's no privacy to have a real conversation.
If you sit at the dining area it's way too bright (not flattering if you're on a date, never take a picture here) and you feel super exposed.

WAY overpriced. Even for Japanese
