The fitness center itself is quite nice , spacious and enjoyable to use . the membership process is horrible though , eventually it got resolved, but at the time the extra fees had been a nightmare , even after cancelling our bank account was charged . The staff was rude and did not seem to care the entire time , i can respect needing to run a business , but at least be upfront about what you are doing . I am sure this place works for many others , but for me i do not see myself returning in the future after what we went through.

New floor in shower room, but shower stalls go uncleaned, as evidenced by the same feces smeared in a soap dish & curtain, well-over a month ago. And STILL no hot water in the showers! I must wait to go home to shower, after my walk & running errands while the chlorine makes my clothes stink & my skin itch & my hair frizz.

I was pressured to sign up. Told them I don't know if I can workout yet am having surgery. I have sent number of copies of my Dr orders on not being able to workout due to my disability and surgery. I'm now being harassed and sent legal papers to finish or pay contract. They refuse to cancel my membership. I'm disabled and am not working can't pay for anything right now and they still continue to hassle me. They are horrible
at professionalism with people with disabilities, place is not in top shape and staff is very rude. Only good thing they have now is Hidden Bistro.

As someone who visits this gym on a daily basis around 11 am to get my cardio out of the way for the day, I thoroughly enjoy their cardio equipment and the theatre it is all located in. That being said, everyday around this exact time the gym feels that it is necessary to spray chemicals and mop while there are an abundance of people working out within the cardio theatre. As someone who has not only visited countless other gyms in their lifetime and also has spent time managing a successful gym outlet, I have never seen nor could understand why this gym chooses to do their deep cleaning around

I signed up a couple months ago. I let the manager know that I might have to move so I’d have to cancel then. The manager let me know that I was not in contract, only that after a year the monthly goes down. He said if I move I can cancel with no extra charge. I signed up here over other gyms because of that. My partner did not sign up because she felt uncomfortable with the “salesman” approach of the manager. She was right, I am now having to move and the gym will not let me cancel without paying off my account. They keep saying that I am in contract even when both my partner and I explain

Well, first off, I was a member many years ago and quit due to the pathetic maintenance of the equipment. Fast forward to 2021 and the equipment is newer and seems to be in good condition. That's the good news. The first piece of bad news is the types of equipment don't meet my goals. This is a personal issue.
The REALLY BAD news is their lying (at least, misleading) salesman and the outrageous CONTRACT. After 2-3 visits I could not find the right machines to fit my needs and I decided that this was the wrong gym for me. So, I sent them a cancellation notice/request. DENIED !

Clean, complete and a delightful staff. Warm f\]greeting on arrival. The facilities are exceptional and CLEAN.
It is obvious the management cares about the client experience.
More important the open offer of training tips shows hw committed they are to client development and safety. Rare to have free training to help avoid injury and assure proper development of the members.

Do not go to this gym please.The "owner" of this establishment a big lair.because when ever you go sign up for membership, he promises you a lot training classes for free. And also he will tell you. You will have access for pool and hot top and etc. but it’s not true. They never fill in the contract.what you sign up for. when I went in there after a few days later to cancel my membership, they said no. Trying to "quit" your membership is impossible . If you don’t pay them because they did not fill in their contract. Then they send letter for collection service. I won't be going back to this

I just joined European Fitness Center. Simon greeted me and Adam showed me around the gym. I signed up for a very affordable monthly fee. Adam the trainer showed me many pieces of equipment, now I have a card to follow. I invited my daughter to visit and David showed her around, we took a Water Arobics class.
Loved it. Met some nice people. So glad we chose European Fitness Center. Also try the Hidden Bistro.

Today I joined European Fitness Center. Simon was so fantastic and the price to join was amazing. I worked with Adam and he showed me how to use the equipment. I now can go in and workout and know what to do. You don't have to pay extra to have a trainer help you like all the other overpriced gyms. Thank you for having the best pricing, indoor pool, classes, The Hidden Bistro and so many more services for your members. So proud to have chosen European Fitness Center. I've been a member of European Fitness for 15 years. They are always professional and polite. They've been doing an incredible during the Governors mandates the past 10 months. The gym is clean and sanitized. Members are asked to mask up and all equipment is socially distanced. If you're looking for a great environment with free personal training at a great rate European is the gym to try! Simon and staff keep up the great work!!

Honestly if I could give this gym a zero star I'll be happy to do so! The staff doesn't enforce the COVID guidelines, literally everyone there doesn't wear a mask, they don't keep a 6ft distance and everyone shares the SAME towel to clean the machines! This was my first time going and I was so disgusted!

Given the current state of the virus and uncertainty of employment, I asked for my membership to be cancelled, turns out the way they do business is by trapping you in a contract that you have to pay off before you can cancel your membership. They are con-artists. Don't put your name in the raffle boxes that are spread out at small businesses around town. They will try to get you in a contract that leaves you with no options but to pay. Terrible.

There's a reason this place averages 2/5 stars. If I could give them zero stars I would but for now I'll just settle with 1/5.
These folks operate their gym like a bunch of mafioso loan sharks. Everything from entry to exit is tacky to say the least. Their equipment is dated...... borderline dangerous. To give you an idea, I once got shocked on a treadmill by exposed wiring. And that wasn't just me, many other patrons complained about shoddy equipment.
Many years ago this place gave away life time memberships and over the years some of those very members became homeless and literally

They scam you on signing a free month and come to find out you're in a year contract so it's either pay to get out or pay for a year and did that and only liked the cold pool but barely able to go that hard with the equipment at the facility. All in all wouldn't recommend anyone , also found a small roach in a locker in the men's when packing up to leave. The one dude at the counter was a loser and wouldn't let me talk to the guy i originally talked to over the phone . This was awhile back but just thought I'd share my experience with this place

Arrived at my hair stylist who has recently moved to the up stairs of European fitness center, Nice looking salon white marble tile floor clean, inviting salon.
As I start looking around there is hair all over the floor but no other people in the salon. There was hair on the floor that the other operators who had left for the day decided to leave for somebody else to clean up?
My awesome hair stylist finally gets underway with me...Some of her other clients arrived and had a seat in the waiting chairs. The daughter who was awaiting her appointment, probably
