Pros: location, location, location. Tennis program is great (but it's independently run). Boxing classes are pretty great.

Cons: cleanliness of the club isn't fantastic. Pets (birds and dogs) are allowed indoors and in the area of the snack bar - good luck if you have allergies. Classes are mostly mediocre (pilates in particular) with 'sleepy' instructors and seemed to be geared more toward a senior citizen set. Pool in the summer is usually packed with kids from their daycare. Evenings lap times are dominated by swim team during the school year (good for them but this is prime

Caughlin Club nice, quiet, peacefully set up in the hills. I am joining because the staff and other members of the community are so nice. Family oriented and awesome pool! 😎

The staff were wearing fake masks. They are bejeweled but have air and no actual fabric. I came in there with my babies and I am pissed. Aside from that, rooms and equipment are old. Pool is actually a very good size. The thin blue line flag in the lobby was gratuitous and a turn off. All in, the club seems low rent and a no-go

This club is a little gem. We live in the Bay and my similar club cost over 5x. The gym equipment is good, the pool and hot tub good, the tennis courts are excellent. Most importantly the staff and people here are very nice. The coaches and staff for swimming and tennis are some of the best around. Guests tend to be friendly and I've never run into attitude from anyone.
The setting is beautiful as well. You are basically in the middle of a park.
All around this club is a great value. The only downside I see is hours it's open, and some of the facilities are a little

Not a lot is offered for the price. Pool is about the size of an apartment pool and for gym there is only one single machine for each different type. Definitely a place that is doable.

This review is overdue considering this club dramatically improved my quality of life! As a single mom with limited childcare options, I'm ecstatic to have found a club with outstanding childcare. Kiddos love coming here and I get to work out in the beautiful facility, which is kept impeccably clean and run by the most wonderful, friendly, thoughtful, and kind staff. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join. The pool and tennis courts are beautiful as well. So many options here, it's quickly becoming our home away from home.

Staff and members frequently walk around wearing masks below their noses or hanging from their chins. Even saw a trainer working with a client who was not wearing a mask at all. This place is a safety hazard.
Policy for freezing membership because of Covid is ridiculous; members have to come in person to argue with the manager and then pay a $20 fee. Hoping for new management.

First of all, I never write reviews but I feel I needed to. I am a 64 year old woman with a preexisting condition who observes CDC regulations. I've been a member of Caughlin Club for the last 2 years. I very much enjoyed the exercise classes until Covid hit. I haven't attended the gym since March but I felt the club could use my dues to stay afloat. After paying $350.00 to a gym I haven't used I felt that was sufficient. I then suspended my membership. I received a bill to $158.00, went to the club, was greeted by the accountant, who was haphazardly wearing his mask. I was admonished because I

I appreciate how Caughlin Club is observing 4th of July and thanking first responders for all the amazing things they do. We need more businesses like this right now more than ever. I hope with their lead, more businesses will show their patriotism towards this country and their love for all first responders.

Love the Caughlin Club. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a member here 20+ years ago and loved the tennis program. Now I use this club for the gym and for the pool. I come with my 9 yr old and we love it our time at the pool in the summer or on the Basketball court during year round. My son attends the afterschool program and summer camps here as well and we have nothing but positive feedback! Great place for active families.

It's so hot in there. They have ceiling fans but will not turn them on. The floor fans are shared which is useless. If you enjoy working out in a stuffing no ventilation club this place is for you.
Trainers are just ok. Nothing to get excited about.
Weird energy in there.

Great athletic club even if you don't play tennis. But if you do, they have many courts.
The staff is always very nice, everyone!
And they keep the place very clean, you don't see that in many gyms.

Rude management, dirty locker rooms, outdated weight machines and they are stingy with a/c in workout areas during the summer. Trainer gossips about other clients during "trainings". Extremely unprofessional. Not client focused at all.

Don't go here! Impossible to cancel your membership. Either pay dues in perpetuity or you'll be turned over to Summit Collection Services.

Don't get me started on the collection agency these guys are ridiculous. I was threatened with legal action over $35! Times must be tough for both of these companies. Save yourself the headache and just avoid Caughlin Athletic Club from the get go.

I have a billing dispute that has gone on since March of 2015. Trying to cancel your membership is almost impossible. The accounting and management department lack follow up and don't help at all.

The club was inconvenient and dirty. Nothing has been updated in years and the machines are broken. The kids club is always closed.

Caughlin club decided to turn my disputed account over to collections and they want to take me to court over $202! The club is desperate for money and clients. This is an overpriced tennis club that even the neighborhood rejects.

Their motto should be "Caughlin club hates kids." I have never seen kids yelled at so much for either just swimming and minding their own business or minor typical kid infractions in my life. The facility is sub par at best. The locker room by the pool rivals that of my junior high. The food is decent but takes forever. But it's the service, or lack thereof, that really makes Caughlin Club the worst experience ever with kids. My husband was one of the first members. We've re-upped our membership on several occasions thinking that surely the convenient location could make
