If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Maybe we just caught them at the wrong Day wrong time. Maybe our waitress was having a bad day. Who knows but this was the worst eating experience I have had ever. Start the night off we get seated our waitress takes our order. Never comes back to see if we need more drinks or anything else like a normal person should do. Our oysters never came and we got charged for them. One order was completely forgotten and they admitted it. One order was completely wrong and the waitress insisted it wasn’t and told us well we don’t do it the italian way. (What

Pier 37 exceeded all of our expectations. The food was phenomenal (we had the ahi tuna poke bowl and the tuna burger), the service was exceptional (thanks, Jessie!), and the drinks were spot on.
The view is also spectacular if you have little kids - they can watch boats go in and out of the water. It is our new favorite outdoor dining on the Cape!

View, view & view. Good view is always welcome, especially in an open airy outdoor dining. I am not going to comment on the food since each person has each own preferences. I would like to come back for the view and taste other choices. Waitress whom I didn’t remember her name was nice and informed us of kitchen’s busy making orders and expect a delay. Food came out just about 12 minutes later.

This is always a spot I love to go in Falmouth because of the atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and the location is great, right next to the dock. I sit outside because I like that better than the indoor seating. Food can be a little pricey but it is delicious. I like the drinks as well. I typically get a mojito or mudslide.

Ate here 2x in a week! The food is delicious and service on point! Was skeptical about the sushi however, it was fantastic - no regrets. It was soft, fresh, and well made! Recommend you eat in the deck as it's beautiful plus, on some nights you can catch a local band playing by the outdoor bar. FYI this place becomes a night destination for late night drinks and fun!

My friend and I were looking forward to our day off. The bartender was obviously a kid with no experience- but that's okay; it's tough to get people to work now so we cut him some slack. I ordered a Bloody Mary which came in a tiny plastic cup (I later found out that this was $12 !). My friend ordered a wine and appetizers - disgusting. Frozen mozzarella sticks but the hummus wasn't bad! We didn't eat the frozen mozzarella sticks.
Never going back (oh, I'm not a tourist; I'm a local but this was my first experience here)..... - nice view but stay away if you enjoy

Pier 37 Boathouse is truly top notch. The menu has something for everyone on it. The sushi menu is one on of the biggest I've seen. We got the fried popcorn shrimp appetizer, seared ahi tuna, fried shrimp, and the seafood pasta dish. Everything was cooked to perfection!
The place is full of 20 somethings after 9, but it is fun to check out the new fashion trends while watching some live TikTok videos if you are older! Enjoy!

Pier 37 is perfect place to have lunch near the marina. Great views with seating inside and out. Clam chowder was delicious and thick. Fried shrimp were amazing- thin breading and crispy. Little hard to find (restaurant sign was not clear from the street), but look for Pier 31 Marina and go toward the back!

We were hoping for a nice restaurant to enjoy a water view. There is not a lot of water view at this place, mostly you are sitting under large boats. That would not have been a problem. The service was. It was an unusually chilly evening and windy. We were sitting next to a heater. We asked for it to be turned on. The waitstaff went to check with the manager and came back to say that they only turn it on when it’s dark (we were still 25-30 min away from sunset). It was so cold, half way through dinner my son went to the car to warm up. When they brought sushi order out, they did not bring the

Atmosphere - 4 (it's a 5 for Falmouth and maybe a 3 when compared to good beach bars in San Diego or Florida etc. but no real views of the water or anything so giving it a 4.
Food - 3. It's fine. Not bad. Not great.
Service - 2. Everything always takes Sooooo long. If you can get a bar seat it's slightly better but still a slog.
People - 5. Everyone here is really nice. The 2 on service above seems to me more of a function of mismanagement of the employee schedule, # of tables assigned per server etc. But it's not like there are a bunch of servers sitting around

So a new outdoor tented area popped up this year. I've been 3 or 4 times and I've had a decent time every time we've gone. Sushi is really amazing, the staff is always hard working and it's been a lot of sun and fun this summer at Pier 37. Not a fan of the stones to walk on under the tent but I'm hopefully changes are coming.

Slightly disappointed...
We just arrived to town and starving. We couldn't get a table because the kitchen was going to close in about a half an hour so we took advantage of take out.
Knowing they were closing and Covid situations, we were very patient.
The order was completely wrong. My boyfriend has a severe dairy allergy and I stated no cheese and there was cheese. We ordered sweet potato fries and received regular fries.
The Facebook page's menu is not up to date so don't refer to it.
All in all, great chowder (for me) but my boyfriend is still starving.

I really don't know why this place has bad reviews, our whole experience was delightful from start to finish. We ordered drinks at the bar, and they were delicious, the bartender was efficient and awesome. The restaurant was really busy and we put our name in for a table for outside seating and we were seated within the time we were estimated.
Drinks: full bar of cocktails, frozen, and beer+wine
There are a ton of options for food here including a pretty stellar sushi menu. The buffalo cauliflower was so yummy and I don't even like cauliflower. The sushi/salmon tartare was really

I had lunch at Pier 37 for the first time today. You cannot beat the atmosphere. Right across from the Island Queen dock. Huge deck area on multiple levels, every seat a winner.
All three of us had fish and chips. Huge portion cooked perfectly. Crunchy without a thick batter. Amazing fries. Cole slaw was also excellent.
Service was speedy and friendly. $48 for 2 orders of fish and chips, 1 fish sandwich, 1 Diet Coke. Not bad for high season in Falmouth right on the water.

Looking for a place to eat outside before we left The Cape we headed here for an early lunch.
It was hot but there was plenty of umbrella coverage on the deck overlooking a marina that also houses a ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
I don't really eat fried food often so when I go l in. The fried clams were big and you could tell they were fresh, not frozen. Also a big plus (and maybe another reason why I choose the restaurant) was because they had a sweet potato fry option - it's all about balance).
Service was quick, our waitress was efficient, and and you can't beat people watching
