CrossFit TTG
CrossFit is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Constantly varied means that the workouts are always changing and that your body will never adapt to the same routine. Designed by a Veteran Himself. This is a non barbell Class consisting of multiple day to day movements that we dont think of in a workout environment.

At CrossFit TTG we Provide a Yoga class with instructor every Sunday at 11am. This YOGA workout is predicated on the previous weeks workout and addresses the specific body parts worked that week, and addresses the calming techniques used by our instructor.

I truly love coming into CrossFit TTG. The people are great, the workouts push you, and Travis (owner/coach) is awesome. The gym is very spacious and has tons of equipment. Travis knows how to adapt the workouts to fit your skillset. It's not like other "big box" gyms where you just go workout and leave. You get to know those around you and they become like a second family. I highly recommend trying it out. I'm glad I did.

I love CrossFit TTG! Everything is scalable which is good for me as I get older. All of the coaches are awesome and each adds their own expertise. They all know how to push me just enough to improve my fitness. I know by continuing with CrossFit TTG that I’ll reach my personal goals. Another thing I like are the members. Everyone is very friendly and so supportive. We are all there to improve our personal best and support each other in the process!

This is my second week at CrossFitTTG and I have already seen some great changes in my health . The coaches are very knowledgeable , supportive , eager to help and pleasant, especially coach Travis. The daily workouts are different and challenging but fun. The gym is clean and well equipped. The members are very welcoming and work together as a team. This will be my CrossFit family as long as I live here. Thanks CrossFitTTG!

Update:
I’ve been coming to CrossFit TTG for just over a year, and I can’t say enough good things. I’ve improved quite a bit in all of the movements and workouts. Coaching staff are always friendly, funny, and able to provide excellent cues to help improve form and technique.
When everything closed at the beginning of the pandemic, we didn’t miss a beat. Equipment was loaned out and it was business as usual with the help of Zoom classes.
Now that we’re back in the box, great

Choosing to join CrossFit TTG was one of the best decisions I ever made! It’s a great training space- lots of equipment and enough space so that it never feels overcrowded- and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Above all, I met an incredible group of people who made me feel at home in no time to at all.
I’m a professional rugby player (I’ve represented Brazil at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games) and the pandemic forced me to come back to NC and stay with my parents. I had to adapt all my training without access to equipment, so discovering CrossFit TTG was one of the best

The staff at TTG are awesome! They really want to make sure your workout experience is at your own pace and comfort level. There is no pressure. They just want to make sure you achieve your goals, whatever your personal goals may be. If you're hesitant, don't be. Push yourself and take that step. You won't be disappointed.

I dropped in at TTG and it was a great experience. Coach was knowledgeable and welcoming and all the members reached out to welcome me as well. Good programming and a huge, clean space. Really enjoyed it.

Came here as a guest of my sister's and from the start it was a wonderful experience. It'd been a minute since I'd done Crossfit due to an injury, so I'm basically taking it slow/light, but I can definitely say that this was the right place to restart. I thought I'd be intimidated or scared to go into such a competitive / intense environment but somehow, that was not even close to being the case. The coaches are extremely supportive and give wonderful, active feedback which I find crucial especially with Crossfit. I wholeheartedly enjoy this gym and recommend it for everyone

I visited Crossfit TTG today as a drop-in. The guy at the counter was very nice/professional and I paid $20 to workout. I was warming up for 30-min, when the "part-owner" came over and told me that I could not do my own workout; even though I was totally excluded from the group working out. This guy was a total A-hole. As he stated "we don't role like that," meaning I could not workout on my own. BTW, they did not have enough equipment (rowers) for me to join the group.

Now, over this summer I have visited at least 5-boxes and all of them let me do my own workout. This

I love this place! I live in Chicago but am originally from Raleigh with all my family still here. I found this place while searching for a crossfit gym to attend when I'm home.

This place didn't disappoint! The owners are amazing, the workouts are always challenging, and the coaches are great and really value proper technique (since no one needs an injury!) As soon as I walked in, everyone there greeted me and it was such a warm/friendly environment.

Any time I'm back in Raleigh, this is my go-to gym for sure!

Well, I did it. I joined the Cult of Crossfit. How committed am I to really making important lasting changes in my life? Quite a bit of money a month committed.

Crossfit starts with a foundations course. You have to crawl before you walk. You have to learn the crazy amount of terminology and the proper form before you can crossfit. Injuries are bad, mkay? The coaches are patient and do a very good job at helping you through foundations.

The learning doesn't stop after the conclusion of foundations. There are some moves that aren't covered that are simple enough to learn. There are

This place is great! I wanted something new and this was a perfect way to rev up my workouts. Caitie there is so understanding and full of knowledge. I highly recommend this place for people of all levels.

Awesome box. Coaches are knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. They consider each individual and help you to maximize strengths and improve weaknesses. I appreciate that coaches are constantly critiquing my form and helping me to improve as this makes it feel safer than some other places I've been. The community is wonderful with a wide variety of athletes who all care about each other. I recommend the free Saturday workouts to all of my friends.

This place is awesome. Been going here for a little over 6 months now. Programming is great and I have hit milestones I never thought that I would! Coaches are very helpful and knowledgable. They push your limits!! The friendly atmosphere and the people make it easy to wake up early!!

This box recently opened but known the coach from a previous box. I adore him and trust his coaching. He will modify wods according to ability and will push you to reach that goal. Very motivating and its a family setting. Other participants will motivate you. Win win.
