My infant fell and broke one of her front teeth, which was absolutely devastating. I happen to work nearby, so on a whim and out of desperation, I walked over to see if they could help. The woman working the counter was extremely helpful and sweet and fit my baby in right away. Dr. Dupont was amazing and put my mind at ease. I am beyond grateful for this dental office and I will absolutely be bringing my daughter here from now on.

I made an appointment for my son to have his wisdom teeth looked at today I had 9 appointment for him their website says they open at 8 tried calling multiple times went there no one was there they never sent me the form did I had to fill out before he went there but still gave me an appointment then they just called me saying LOL we open at 9 even though our website says at 8 meanwhile I'm dropping him back off at home worst place I've dealt with in a long time

Hands Down Best Dentist Staff That I Have Experienced, The Front Desk Was Extremely Friendly And Kind In Regards To The Details Of My Families Visit. I have been taking my 3 kids to this location for ove 6 years or more the stuff is friendly, very polite i have been late a couple of times and they have been nothing but helpful. I will for ever recommend this place.. the doctors are supper nice and understanding with my kids.. if you need a dentist, Kid Dental is the right place.

I was sent TWO TEXT CONFIRMATIONS that my appointment was at 3:30- when I show up at 3:30 they say the appointment was for 3:00 but they'll still see us. I don't understand how it's my fault the automated system sent out the wrong time???? So me & my 2kids wait in the uncomfortably small lobby that has a funny non distinct smell for an HOUR, I ask how much longer & she says she doesn't know!!! I ask her to find out & she leaves for 5 minutes to tell me it's gonna be another 30mins!!! So you mean to tell me I was on time for the appointment & you still have

Dr. Jensen is the absolute worst dentist. He is very unkind and doesn't do well with children. My daughter told him that he was hurting her. And he snapped at her that he didn't hurt her and then had the nerve to go on saying that she was the boy that cried wolf. And if she was actually hurt in the future. No one would ever believe her.

The girls that work there are great but some of the Dentist are not that caring and force children to keep there mouths open even when there jaws are sore. There mouths are held open by some kid of clamp until completely done with procedure. My daughter dreded going there!!! My daughter now goes to a caring dentist and loves going. Research your dentist!!
