While we are nationally recognized as one of the Top 10 Ninja Warrior Gyms in the nation, it is our goal to teach people of all ages how to overcome physical obstacles while defining their personal style of movement. Though we train American Ninja Warrior & American Ninja Warrior Contestants, our sole objective is to have our students learn to move efficiently and safely in Parkour, Ninja Warrior, and Tricking classes.
We want our students to have faith in themselves and each other. We aim to not only build strong individuals, but also to build a strong community in and out of our gym. All four of us always have so much fun here, we absolutely love this place! Glenn was so good with all the kids at my daughter's birthday party last weekend they all had a fantastic time and now they all want to have their party there!

WAIVERS must be completed before entering the gym. Once the account and names are entered, you may electronically read over and sign our waiver. PLEASE DO THIS AHEAD OF TIME TO SPEED UP YOUR CHECK IN PROCESS. Failure to do so may cut into your scheduled time and we cannot extend appointments beyond their scheduled time.
This introductory program offers brief lessons in all areas of the gym. Students will learn the basics of movement and how to use the features of our gym. This allows students to transition smoothly into the other classes. NQ Basics is a one time only prerequisite class before enrolling in any other class we offer!
Parkour is the activity of adaptation. How should one get from point A to point B? Creativity, speed, flow, flexibility, and great strength all come in to play when deciding how to overcome obstacles in our path. Our coaches work hard to ensure the success of every student interested in parkour by offering classes that cater to all ages and skill levels.

I really wanted to like this gym but was very disappointed. I’ve been to a lot of ninja gyms, but this one was dangerous. There were a lot of little kids running around unsupervised and getting in the way of obstacles. The obstacles were worn and in disrepair. The padding was not adequate, had holes, and even nonexistent at certain obstacles. The jumping spider had broken plexiglass with sharp edges. They need a lot of repairs before someone gets seriously injured.

So we signed our 11 year old up for camp. We picked the 9-11 age group thinking activities would be tailored to those age appropriate interests, but they put all kids together and the majority of the time catering to the youngest participants; in this case 3 years old. My 11 year old played a variation of duck duck goose for hours each day; going on 3 days. When he asked nicely if they could do more age appropriate things he was told to quit being difficult. He begged me not to go back the 4th day. Not a good buy at $200 for 4 days.

My son has gone there for 5 years and has thrived in his development and confidence. He loves the coaches and has made life long friends there who are now a part of his extended family. He has worked hard and is now winning competitions. The Owner Cristine really cares about all athletes regardless of age or skill level. The late night open gym gives teens and young adults a healthy, safe, and productive outlet to hangout.

Went there for my son's birthday. He and several friends had a great time on all the different activity stations. There were coaches there to help the boys with any particular challenges or questions they might have had, but the boys were also allowed to roam freely and choose their own obstacles to conquer.

My kids absolutely love Ninja Quest and everyone who works to make their experience awesome every time. Ninja is a super healthy and positive way for the kids to get exercise. Everyone in the environment is always super supportive and encouraging of them and of each other. The instructors are fabulous. Classes are highly recommended. Watch the show and then go play at the gym! The first time they beat the wall might as well be the proudest moment of their lives. Thank you Ninja Quest, keep being awesome.
