We believe you should change your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles (depending on the oil-type), or at least twice a year. Many manufacturers are extending the recommended oil change intervals, and in our experience that is not in the best interest of the longevity of your car.

Had my vehicle in a couple years ago for air conditioning repair. Had it in again about a month ago for repair of a couple warning lights and a leak in the ac system.
When I picked up my vehicle, the causes of the warning lights and the ac leak, which required evacuation and recharging the system to fix, were repaired. I was surprised to find that there was no charge for the ac repair as it was covered by my 3 yr/36 mo warranty.
It’s nice to know we have an auto repair facility that is competent, fair and honest.

Okay, I'm about to reveal a well-kept secret: I've been using Gig Harbor Auto Service for nearly 10 years now and I am constantly amazed at how capable they are. I consider myself pretty good at fixing things, but occasionally something just leaves me stumped. I take the problem to these guys and it's like magic. Somehow, they always seem to figure it out quickly and occasionally even find a way to save me money. Other than that, you couldn't find a friendlier and more conscientious company to work with.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Capped Andy and informed him of the issue we were having with are car, they promptly got us scheduled and in for service. I was expect the worst and instead of just replacing a bunch of stuff and charging me, they found the issue and it was a super quick easy fix! I will always go to Gig Harbor Automotive as my first choice!
