The best place in Tacoma! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I went in to do maintenance on my car. I had 190k on my car and needed to do a lot of maintenance for it and Emily's garage gave the best rate. Talking to Mike on the phone you already get a genuine vibe from him and meeting him in person solidified how down to earth and caring he is about his customers and people.

I don't recommend this place at all. I went to the Everett location to get my car inspected and when I went there one of the employees named Katie was extremely rude. When I went to ask her if she had time to get my car inspected she yelled at me very rudely. She said "don't disturb me I'm with my customer" I don't know what she meant because I was also her customer but she yelled at me in front of all the other customers. So just a heads up if anyone decides to go there.

Emily's is the place to go for all of your car needs! Excellent staff to schedule you in even when they're overbooked. Great technicians that focus on getting the job done right the first time and not to mention the wait times. They develop relationships with their clients and are always professional. Not just a highly recommend here, it's the only place to go!

I am so thankful and grateful for the incredible service and work that was done by the folks at Emily's Garage. My coolant hose ruptured last night, rendering me unable to safely drive my car (I had to pour water in the reservoir and duct tape the hose just to get it to them). After calling around to every Chevy dealer in the area and every one of them having a wait time of 2+ weeks for an appointment, I found Emily's on Google and called them up. Emily answered and after listening to my problem she told me she could squeeze me in so I could drive my car again. The staff including her were so exceptionally

I was here to do Uber inspection and I pulled into the garage and quickly confronted by rude and unprofessional employee. he said "what are you doing?" very roughly. I was taken back by his demeanor but try to explain to him by he continue to be unprofessional. I park in the parking and told a young lady(helpful) about him but I think it is feels like it is his demeanor to treat customer like this. I wonder how the city of Seattle made him a certified inspector. Take your business where you are respected and talked to nicely.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Seriously, they solved an issue with my car that’s been giving me a headache for months. Nolan was helpful with explaining what the issue was and the nice lady at the front desk with the curly hair was nice as well (she wore her mask which is really cool) They solved the issue actually pretty quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. I’m definitely going to be coming back if I have any other issues.

I have taken my '05 Grand Cherokee in twice to have work done on the suspension (upper control arms) an oil change, the front brakes , and a pesky check engine light. All the items have been correctly repaired in the time frame they promised and for a reasonable price. Mike the mechanic keeps a clean, I mean amazingly clean shop. Impressive. I am beyond satisfied, and would highly recommend (and already have) Emily's Garage. Car troubles are frustrating and even scary, finding a place like this is a comfort. Thanks to all, especially Mike and Katie!

Emily's Garage embodies true professionalism and I am so happy I decided to have my car serviced here. A little background- I was having issues with my 2016 Nissan Sentra's brakes, took it to the dealership, and was left paying with no resolution. After 2 weeks of dealing with brake noise, I started looking up auto body shops nearby and requesting quotes. Mike from Emily's Garage was one of the first people to respond and assured me the inspection was free. Well, that already was better than the Nissan Dealership in Everett that previously did not address my problem.

When I saw the name and realized that Emily's Garage is a female-owned car service business, I decided to go there to support them, since most car service business I've seen in the past were all male-owned. I went in for an oil change and they made the process super simple. They knew what I needed and helped me with it, without trying to advertise a bunch of other unnecessary services to me. There was a bit of a wait (about an hour) but it was no big deal. I would be happy to come back for other services in the future.

I had a great experience having my car repaired at Emily's Garage. I purchased a vehicle for my sister, who is going through a rough time. I found it needed brakes all the way around and new rear bearings!
Emily's Garage worked with me within my budget and time to take care of everything. Emily responded on the weekend and some evenings to facilitate the repair. I can't say enough how much I appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service.
The difference with the car after the repair is like night and day. It feels so much better. Truly quality work at a great price. Hard

We were sold a lemon by Bellevue Nissan. Emily's garage was quick to help us diagnose the problem (for free) and incredibly honest about what it would cost them to fix it and how we might get a better deal (in this specific case with a hybrid battery) elsewhere.
We haven't decided where to get our car repaired yet, but I'm happy to spend a little bit more somewhere that's as transparent and honest as Emily's, so we still may work with them for the repair.

I got an oil change here about 3.5 months ago and my Prius has been acting funny since. The oil change itself took over an hour and a half, and no one there seemed to be in charge or proactive in communicating with customers.
I just got another service from Jiffy Lube (well under the time and mileage the last one should have lasted) to find no oil on the dipstick, the oil drain plugs improperly fastened, the oil filter housing gasket put in entirely wrong, and an assortment of screws and nuts missing, to name a few of the issues caused by going to Emily's.
There are a million cheap places

My car needed new brakes (we're talking metal-on-metal) and some work on its exhaust system. My husband happened to notice this place the other day, looked it up, and suggested I check it out. I was very pleased with the service my car received, and the extremely friendly staff. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and the staff took the time to try to talk down the price on parts. My car was returned running smoother and quieter than it had in years; I'm so pleased. I will definitely be back.
