I took my car in to get a few things checked out that the dealership recommended and they checked the oil light that kept coming on. I found that Jordan and Pete to be very helpful and informative on the repairs needed. They were a lot less than what the quote I got from the dealership and they really went out of their way to make sure everything was done in a timely matter. I would recommend this shop.

I cannot say enough great things about Bristow’s! Moved to WA a month ago and drove my 997 2k miles and needed my clutch replaced and Bristow’s was the only shop that was able to make my tight timeline. My service manager Jordan was such a pleasure to work with; he was professional, very knowledgeable, did a lot of parts research and even contact previous shops that worked on my car. I took in my Audi Q5 into Bristow's and from the beginning, I was getting quality customer service. Jordan was the representative that helped me throughout the entire process. He sent me email updates, text updates, and when things were a bit harder to explain, he would call me regularly. Jordan my service advisor, and all the service technicians at Bristow’s are top notch. They were very communicative, professional, and one of the best shops I’ve been to for my BMW 128i and I have been to a lot. They fixed all the problems with my car and saved me a bunch of money by getting my oil pan resurfaced instead of a whole new one. I will definitely be a returning customer! I took my 2008 Mercedes S550 into Bristow's to have my motor mounts and transmission mount replaced. Had it back same day as good as new. The process was straightforward and Jordan explained everything to me and gave me useful information. I will be doing business with them in the future. Highly recommended!

I've been taking my cars here for years, from my track toy to my wife's minivan. No matter what they will always let me know all the details of what needs to be taken care of and what can wait. You always need a good mechanic unfortunately usually at the exact wrong time. Fortunately for me, I have been in the automotive industry for years and have seen my share of average shops. Bristow's is the real deal and I have been using them for as long as I can remember. They have been working on our family's cars and we can always trust them to get us back on the road when we have unexpected repairs or just doing the scheduled maintenance. Bristow's has gone above and beyond in several instances offering rides and getting difficult repairs done and being up front and honest

New to the area, I began my search for a reliable auto repair for two imports and a domestic pickup truck. After stopping at a local shop, I was given the name of Bristow's Auto Repair and to talk to Pete. I did and my experience was stellar.
Initially, I was put off by being asked to put down a reasonable deposit. I thought that was odd and in my 50 years on the planet, I've never been asked to put down a deposit for service. In the end, however, Bristow's problem solved and fixed a potentially quite expensive problem by choosing to do exactly that -- problem solve before replacement

RIP OFF, Said they new how to work on bmw's and come to find out from another shop some things can only be fixed by the dealer.Had a ignition problem and something to do with key not clicking in and they did everything but check key and check if the prongs that catch key in ignition.Thats cause they can't dealer only has codes for that and they still said they can work on my car .So they stopped and never called to notify me. Had my brother check on it and was told my daughter had to pay 451.00 before they can further diagnose.i called another shop to see if they can fix it and they

I love Bristow's!!! Brian (front counter guy) is excellent at communicating to both the customer and for the customer. He squeezed me in when i had a car emergency. He clearly explained what the shop mechanics had found and also made recommendations of work that needed to be done based on my car's mileage. He explained which of them should be prioritized and how long each of them would take to complete.
The mechanics are thorough and meticulous. They managed to even fix the squeak that a previous shop couldn't manage to remedy. Yay!

I took my vehicle in for an oil leak. After locating the it, Bristow's committed to the repair and I dropped my vehicle off. I rented a vehicle while mine was in the shop and 2 days later received a call that they couldn't do the repair. In the end I was out 2 days of a car rental, had to take my car to the dealer, and parts of my vehicle disappeared somewhere in between. To top it off, they called a few weeks later and wanted me to pay for the time my car was in their shop.
I work on my own cars so I'm pretty understanding about repairs going off track, but this kind of treatment
