Had a great visit; was warmly greeted by the front office staff. The Dr. who performed by procedure was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient in helping me to understand my condition and provided me with improvement recommendations. The Assistant was also very organized, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt I was in very good care during this visit. I fully recommend their services.

First impressions start at the front desk - Vicky and Kathleen are always so friendly, they don’t just treat me with kindness they treat everyone with kindness, I see this as I wait for my appointment. I’ve been a patient here for many years but during the pandemic this place has been my second home. If I get asked which doctor I want to see, my answer is always either one, they are both awesome! My husband and I both started coming here recently after my husband had a dental emergency involving a broken tooth. He's seen both Dr. Kristy and Dr. Joel, and I saw Dr. Kristy for an overdue checkup and cleaning. Both of our experiences have been stellar. Everyone is so nice and professional including the front desk staff, the hygienists, and of course Dr. Kristy and Dr. Joel. I absolutely love coming to them for my dental appointments! They are not only nice, friendly, and funny-they are also extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what they do! I’ve never had a hygienist tell me to only use a specific toothpaste because of an ingredient that my mouth doesn’t react well to! Such great advice! Seriously recommend going to see them-you’ll look forward to every appointment!

I've been going here since I had teeth! Of course back then it was Dr Ashworth's office but when Dr Joel and Kristy took over after Dr Ashworth retired they were so great I kept them. They have a great atmosphere in the office and I always joke around with everyone. They make you feel comfortable and they go above and beyond. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Today was my first visit to this office and I felt optimistic that the facility was clean and modern. Dr whiteman conducted a full head and neck examination which I haven't experienced with other dentists. They have what seems like updated technology without a ton of bitewings for the xrays. I have to say that I was impressed with the full evaluation of my dental health. I was able to view full color pictures of my mouth and teeth, as the dentist walked me through all of the existing and potential issues. It was all very comprehensive.

I'm so happy to have Dr Joel & Kristy Whiteman as my dentists and as a long term client it's nice to say I actually enjoy going to the dentist and wish I could go more often (for cleanings) LOL. I've had routine cleanings, crown work, root canals, fillings, and Invisalign braces, all which have been great experiences with quality work. They also have a dental crown machine in the office which means less wait time for permanent crowns. The team is always friendly and professional and give personalized care. I highly recommend their services!

My family and I have been coming here for years. They've been so kind and helpful. My son loves going to them and actually asks when he can get his teeth cleaned and wishes it was more then twice a year. The staff is always super friendly and makes you feel like part of the family! Anytime you have a question or concern it's answered until you understand. They're very honest and always willing to work with you for anything and always accomadating.

I absolutely love this place. Yes, I love the dentists' office. Dr. Joel and Dr. Kristy have cured me of all fear of dental care. Everyone in the office is just so pleasant, nice, and knowledgeable. I often find myself wishing I could work here. From the moment you enter and are warmly welcomed, to the in-depth explanations given by the doctors about what does and doesn't need to get fixed, and the meticulous attention to patient comfort during procedures, it's an outstanding practice. I have a terrible phobia of needles. Completely irrational. It has nothing to do with actual pain. Dr. Kristy provided the most painless, smooth experience I've ever had in my life with the initial injections.
She also very carefully adjusted the model of my new tooth. With some minor adjustments to get it just right after seating, it looks and feels great!
Great attitude, very patient, and great at having me feel cared for despite my initial terror.

It's been over a year since I visited this dentist, and I was not going to post anything negative, but now that I have an excellent dental service established, I realize I should say something.
I had a cleaning and then there were two cavities found in the X-rays. Dr. Kristy scheduled me to do the work and with the second filling, there seemed to be some problem drilling into the correct location or something, AND I was never really numb enough and kept feeling all of the drilling. Despite my complaints, the drilling continued, with some more anesthetic applied, but with not adequate time

I used to be terrified of dentists - so I am very cautious about which dental offices I go see. And, over the years, due to moves and changes in dental plans, etc. I have seen a lot of different dentists - including dentists in Thailand that treat the experience almost as if you were at a spa. I can tell you that a good dentist can make all of the difference in the world - to the extent that I've become pretty comfortable going to dental appointments. My criteria for seeing a new dentist:

I recently had a PAINLESS root canal by Dr. Joel. It was going to be my first, and when I spoke with him about it, he said that root canals only hurt if they are done because the dentist (or patient) insists on doing it when it is inflamed and irritated. He said that if that is the case, he prefers to prescribe anti-inflammatories and antibiotics to get the tooth to calm down, then the root canal is completely painless. Mine was calm already, and when he did it, about the only thing I felt was the slight poke when he first numbed me.

Well... Even though it's hard to give 5 stars for a dentist visit... It would also be hard not to give Dr. Kristy 5 stars while she is in the next room milling a crown for me. They have a great staff and are super friendly. They are very concerned about your experience while you are there, so what more could you ask for. I will definitely keep coming back. Special shout out to my neighbor Tessa... She keeps me company while my teeth are getting drilled.
