Steven was raised in western Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1981. After moving to Florida after graduation, Steven attended law school at Nova Southeastern University where he was an active participant in all things "trial" related. He was a member of several national Moot Court teams and was a student bar association prosecutor.

I hired Steven Miller early November 2021, for a divorce/ custody case I had ongoing since January in another state which later moved to Florida state. I reside in Michigan while my husband is in Florida state with my daughter's. He kept them from me unlawfully, wouldn't let me communicate with them, and would not give me an address. It was complicated for me to make things happen on my own without these things, but it's was not for Steven Miller and his team. They not only got a address for court documents, they got me full sole custody orders, and an Emergency

Highly recommend Steven Miller. I was going through an extremely difficult situation and was very stressed, overwhelmed and confused. Steven (and his assistant Hilary) not only was professional, but did an excellent job of calming me down throughout the process (which he didn’t even have to do!). He made it very easy, was available to speak for any questions or concerns, and had the process done very fast. I didn’t even have to go to court which was great. Obviously divorce is never a fun thing to do but i am EXTREMELY grateful for Steven Miller and his whole team (Hilary). He answered all my questions and was extremely kind to me throughout the entire process, even making me laugh a few times throughout this sad life-changing event. Just want to put this out there I hired this lawyer July 5th in my case nothing has been done he told me one thing then another I kept losing had to prove hide the evidence he kept telling me that I was in patient kept telling me that I was not listening would not do the following things he said he would do as far as going after my ex for the charges paying for the guardian at Litem he's a crook I have reported it to my credit I would just like to let you guys know that if you're looking for a lawyer and you don't want to get ripped off and you actually want to win your case do not
