You'll learn how gaining strength in the gym translates into your life. We also believe that nutrition education is key and can provide guidance on how to fuel your body to meet your goals.

We offer a complete nutritional coaching program just for our clients. Let's face it - if you're not having fun, you won't stick with it. Our goal is to get you to laugh and smile, make friends, build relationships and FEEL GREAT about the healthy decisions you're making. Fun is part of our "Five Pillar" System and is integral in life long health and fitness success.

Compete Fitness was founded in 2010 with the belief, that when given proper guidance, everyone can lead a healthier lifestyle. As a life-long athlete, fitness is in my blood. Even now, I continue in my active lifestyle by competing and training with marathons, triathlons, and cycling. My love for fitness has led me to the belief that everyone deserves to be healthy and happy - strong and courageous in every aspect of their life.
Compete Personal Fitness is a locally owned health and fitness training gym in Omaha, Nebraska. Our personal trainers help clients build strength and cardiovascular fitness. It's important to us to help you be the most awesome version of yourself - not a "new you" - YOU, strong, fit and healthy. We are centrally located near 120th & Center in Omaha, in Westwood Plaza.
Compete Fitness offers Massage and nutrition services to our clients. We offer professional and effective services to help them recover from their workouts and maintain effective nutrition to enhance their health. Jenn is a graduate from Universal College of Healing Arts and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014.
Ben Grojean is more than a personal trainer. He is focused on and invested in his clients like no one I've met before. He offers support and coaching that go beyond the gym, and contribute to an individual's overall goals. Ben's guidance and instruction helped to transform my "someday" dreams of being fit into achievable goals with specific timelines.
Each day of the week is planned and coordinated to tailor a comprehensive workout for YOU! Start the week out strong with this strength training class. Build muscle. Expect a gritty selection of weighted carries, primal mobility and unilateral stability work that will force a slow, methodical grind to match a specific work to rest ratio.

Ben & Jen are great. Four years ago when I started my diet was horrible and really had no clue how to workout. That changed after meeting with Ben. We made a plan that was based on the results I wanted and he has helped me get there. I highly recommend stopping by and talking with Ben and his team

Ben and the team are AWESOME! I met the team while taking AWESOME & FUN classes at Sweat Cycle Strength, and have been training with Ben since.
I truly don't believe I knew how to properly work out my body before this. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, and explains lifts and exercises in a way that anybody can understand (not just fitness professionals). Also, it was never intimidating or uncomfortable... which so many gyms can be.
HIGHLY recommend Ben and team for training, and if you want a FUN and quality workout - take a class at Sweat Cycle Strength!
