I am a single mom. Brought my BMWX1 to Carmax Riverside.
Since I have Carmax care suggested to bring my car to Auto Tech as a contractual repair shop to change my BMW Radiator.Chose this repair shop cos its close to my home. After it was picked up that day oil was still leaking. I have to bring it back not sure if it was changed or not. More than a year of not driving it because of Covid. This time coolant was always low and brought it to Carmax again suggested that radiator needs to be changed and have to bring it back to Auto tech since it is still covered for not driving it more than 75k miles

After experiencing a catastrophic Transmission failure I was feeling a bit anxious about not only the cost but the long term quality of repairing my transmission. I reached out to Norco Auto Tech and connected with Steven and immediately felt at ease that I had found the right repair shop to assist me with my situation.
It took a couple weeks but Steven was very communicative regarding the stages of the repair and the overall costs. I received my vehicle back in a timely manner, with some additional repairs done.
And it feels good to say that I can trust the craftsmanship of my Transmission Rebuild

Thankful for people like Anthony! I seldom ever write reviews but felt compelled to mention how impressed I was with Anthony and the staff at Norco. While driving from Sherman Oaks to San Diego to see my father, who had just suffered a heart attack, my Jeep Grand Cherokee began misfiring on the 91 freeway. The car was vibrating terribly and idling poorly. Fearing that I wouldn't make it to the hospital, I stopped in Corona to find help. I called 14 auto repair shops including the Jeep Dealership (which was absolutely terrible at attempting to help) and everyone said they were too busy to offer

I brought in my 2010 Camaro SS last week and they discovered issues that played into why my car wasn’t running to its full potential as well as finding the leak I went in about. I agreed to let them fix all diagnosed issues and now car runs better than it did when I bought it. It had a bit of work done to it, but I respect this shop because they give me the option to fix and what to leave alone and pricing before they fix things. Very honest shop, I see why my parents trusted them with our classic cars. Also, very good to see Anthony and Steven still here! Very good business, good communication

I took my 2005 Toyota Corolla here. When I called, I asked about checking out the car and was advised it was a "free estimate." Turns out that was not the case. I was charged something like $145 diagnostic fee...I basically had to pay for them to tell me what my car needed. On top of that the oil change was upwards of $75, for a COROLLA. A basic oil change. I thought we found an honest mechanic and would bring all of our cars here. I would not recommend this place, you're better off going to the car dealer, as they would even be cheaper (and that's saying a lot). Very disappointed

We have taken many of our work and personal vehicles here throughout the years for maintenance and service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always makes sure to go over everything very thoroughly and answer any questions. Would definitely recommend Norco Auto Tech.

This is not the place to go if you are in a bind. The evening before coming here, I had drove down to SoCal from Santa Cruz, after having been evacuated because of the CZU Complex Fire. I had been planning on taking my truck in to get a multi-point inspection done before driving it on any long trips, but because of the wildfire I had to drive it down to SoCal to stay with family. I explained this to the guy on the phone, and I also explained to him that I needed a smog check done, but because my check engine light was on, I could not. I had issues with my header insulation on my ram 1500. I brought up the issue to the owner and he took care of the issue with no extra cost to me. The truck having no other issues at this time. Thanks guys.

I've always been pleased with Norco Auto Tech. They have worked on several of my cars and did a great job repairing them. They are friendly and vary personable.

Sometimes it may be challenging to get an appointment for service. But, it's only because they do a very good job and they are very popular in the surrounding area for that. So, it's worth the wait if you are able to wait for diagnosis and repair of your car so that it's done right the first time.

I I had to take my truck in today March 15th 2019 my check engine light kept coming on which prevented me from having my truck smogged Steve and Anthony's mechanics we're able to pinpoint and correct the problem now my truck is ready for the smog station I'd like to thank Steve and Anthony as well as there highly trained mechanical staff I would highly recommend this place to the residence of Eastvale and surrounding cities once again thank you Steve and Anthony and staff yours truly and a customer for life

Came in randomly not knowing fully what was wrong with my SUV. The people here were very helpful and were able to get me a new battery and get me on the road quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would come back again if needed.

These guys were amazing! I started to notice some power steering issues with my car plus I wanted to get it completely checked out anyway because I am planning on selling it. I called Norco Auto Tech and they scheduled me for the very next morning! They ran a complete diagnostic on my car and were very honest about what it needed plus their pricing I thought was very fair and reasonable. They had my car ready by the very next day.....which honestly blew me away! All the years I've been driving and mechanics I have used, they can never get you in that quick and the car is always there for what feels

I found these jewels because my car needed a smog check and was referred by a smog check place in Norco, CA, when I called them they were courteous and polite just how I like it.
Showed up the following morning and they looked at my car and told me what was the problem & the EXACT price. So, I gave them the authorization to work on my car and within an hour I was out the door, now that's the kind of professionalism that I like and appreciate. They had to fix a code from my car, they cleaned the throttle and gave me a new air filter so I would pass my smog

These folks have worked on several of my vehicles. Small jobs, to a top end rebuild on a Grand Cherokee. Every time they hit a grand slam. Customer service, turn around time, and while they aren’t the cheapest in town, they are always fair and affordable!!! Great shop with morals, ethics, and exceptional customer service!

On my way to San Diego I hit a pothole on the road and blew out my back tire. Fortunately my wheels were run-flats,and i was lucky enough to roll my injured car into Norco Auto Tech. Took my Ford Ranger in for a transmission fluid exchange back in September and accepted my Motorcraft Request:) They did a really good job and transmission is still working to this day:) They knew I wanted my vehicle back so they tried hard to get the parts in asap!! I normally use the Ford Dealer or my parents work on it themselves for service but I would use this shop again if I had to use an independent shop as a last resort!!
