I've lived at Madison at Westinghouse for over two years now. They by far have the best customer service and maintenance team. Kristine, the apartment manager, is always so kind and provides updates as needed. Maintenance is also wonderful. They respond within a couple of hours, sometimes even minutes. If you are looking for a safe apartment at a good price, I'd highly recommend choosing Madison at Westinghouse.

I’m new to a community type setting of apts, so i find it quite intrusive to expect a total stranger coming to my apt for suddenlink to switch out the cable boxes, even if no one is home. Maintenance can give them access if no one answers??? And to tell us that it will be anywhere between 10am-8pm. With 2 working adults living in that apt, in reality we need to let our bosses know we need to take the day off or an extended lunch, but we can’t do that if you give us a short window of time. It makes more sense to give us the option to set up an appt

The prices at Madison are very agreeable and I like the common areas. They have worked with me a lot and been very courteous when I ask about arrangements. When our apartment floor was flooded during "snowmageddon", they easily moved us to another unit. However, the lack of cleaning of premises and all of the broken stuff in my building that never seems to be fixed is a bit of a problem. Our appliances are so old, they barely work any more and our AC can't seem to keep our apt cool and it freezes up or has issues every couple of months. There seems to be a disconnect between staff and community

I’ve lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and I honestly love it! The apartments are very nice! It’s a nice area close to the mall so that’s a plus! If I ever had any problems with anything I just call the office and they help me right away. Maintenance usually comes the same day within 2 hours of putting in a work order. Everyone is so nice and inviting. They have events just about every month and it’s always exciting! They have brought out food trucks for free tacos and have events in the clubhouse with free drinks/snacks etc. i love it here! I have no complaints at all!

I love Madison At Westinghouse apartments! I’ve been living at this community for almost 2 years and haven’t had any issues at all! The front office staff is absolutely amazing and they’re so attentive to the residents’ needs! I’m m thinking of even renewing my lease for another year because I enjoy living here so much! Anytime that I’ve ever had an issue (which is very rarely) maintenance is always on it! I highly recommend moving here...the apartments are amazing and I absolutely LOVE the pool!

Nicole is one of the best leasing agents I've had the pleasure to work with. She has always been kind, sincere, and professional to all of my clients.... yes even after move in! Be careful of negative reviews. Usually the review has nothing to do with what's really going on like parking in handicapped and getting towed or paying rent late etc....

ROACH INFESTATION DO NOT RENT HERE !!
Wasn’t allowed to view the apartment I was leasing on till the day of actually picking up the keys for the first time and paying them their move in cost/fees
Upon… walking my new apartment , ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES .
In the corners of the walls , in the carpet in the bedroom, on the walls, crawling all over the interior doors of the dwelling. Running across the floor in the washroom for cover under the dryer. I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEO !!

The whole staff is super friendly and they make everyone feel at home. Braylon was super helpful when discussing a transfer with me. It was very close to closing time but he was still professional and took his time. Yvonne the manager also assisted. You can tell they are a great team. We were going to move but they are the reason we decided to stay! Thank you all so much.
