Lee is a Wilson, NC native and a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville. He pursued his dream in real estate right out of school and has always felt like it was his passion. Building a portfolio of residential rental properties in the Wilson market, Lee purchased a self-storage facility and operated that business for 10 years before selling to an Ohio based self-storage firm.
While developing the storage business, Lee took over a Wilson-based real estate firm and served as broker in charge and qualifying broker for several years. This firm had over 50 years of combined agent experience, and a solid reputation in representing customers in the Wilson market.

I used Southern Choice for my pre licensing course. I can’t speak highly enough of Lee, Gabriela, Kerri and the rest of the staff. Gabriela exceeded expectations for teaching the abundance of material needed to pass in a short 7 weeks. She was very professional and very to the point which is so appreciated. They put the effort and materials in for you to succeed the rest is on you’re commitment to studying. I will continue to use Southern Choice for post and CE’s. Thanks guys, I enjoyed it!

I have taken 2 Post Licensing classes and a Gen-Up class with Southern Choice, each with a different instructor. I have been thoroughly pleased with each and have found the instructors to be very knowledgeable teaching and answering any questions we had. I have now completed all my Post classes, but will be taking any future CE's with this school. A+

Lee, I have evidence of 3 emails and 2 phone calls you did not answer, I would send you proof but you blocked my phone number! Very professional. Again, this is no retaliation, I chose not to take the exam. I know the pass rate is low, considering half the class dropped out, and the other half posted low scores on all practice tests even up until the final night of class.
ORIGINAL: A bias review, this company has certain strengths and weaknesses I tried to pass on to the school, but phone calls and emails were "never received". To be fair,

I am giving them 3 stars because there on line course is a total rip off! The questions are difficult and endless. . If you are an experienced realtor you'll get most of the answers wrong because the answers are not correct.. .testing was designed by someone who has never sold real estate. . . The school does offer competent teachers if you take one of their classes but skip anything on line!
