Robert graduated from West Liberty University in 2007. While finishing his degree in Exercise Physiology he also was a member of the WLU men's basketball team.
With over 15 years of strength & conditioning and personal training experience, he has helped high school/professional athletes in sports such as: basketball, football, soccer, baseball & lacrosse as well as general population clients with goals such as: weight management, weight loss & gaining lean muscle.

Boot Camps are designed for maximum calorie burn and fat burn potential in a short amount of time. Our classes are 60 minutes long and designed to build strength and endurance in a team/group environment! We utilize the "HIIT" principle of High Intensity Interval Training to force the body to change and grow.
Coach Rob Southall has played a critical role in the development of my son Dante's conditioning as a young athlete. Coach Rob has an incredible level of expertise and seems to innately know what the perfect recipe for success and results are for each and every one of his clients, no matter their age or individual goals.
With sports becoming physically more demanding, we must do something in order to keep our bodies more physically prepared. Pittsburgh Pro Fitness is now offering a high intensity 6 week training program that maximizes an athlete's specific abilities. We will focus on better movement patterns, change of direction drills, strength progressions and running efficiency.

Pittsburgh Pro Fitness is the best! The workouts are always challenging but totally adaptable to your level of fitness. Rob and all the other trainers are awesome - super knowledgeable, friendly, and motivational. The atmosphere in the gym is really supportive and fun - not judgey at all. The bootcamp classes are great. Would highly recommend PPF if you're looking to improve your physical health!

Clean open concept floor layout with plenty of room. Equipment and free weights to serve anyone’s workout desire. Easy in and out, can sign up in literally 2 minutes and start exercising.
The owner is very helpful. I wanted advise several times on form, movements and excercise ideas. He was always there to answer questions.
Of all the gyms i’ve been a member at. This is the first place that doesn’t pump people through to hook them on the monthly membership and hope they don’t return.
Will recommend to everyone I know.
