LIFT is a 75 Minute full body muscle building class that blends tried & true strength methods of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman. Perfect for beginners who've never touched a weight and will challenge advanced athletes looking to bust through plateaus. Choose between Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics, or try them both!

These specialty classes are great for perfecting movement. You will build movement specific prerequisite strength needed for advanced gymnastics and heavier lifts. Designed to compliment both Lift and Metcon programming, these two classes are a fun addition to your regular training program. Metcon is a high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise.
Services
We want our gym to be a space for gymgoers of varying abilities and goals. We very much take one step at a time, only change one habit at a time, and make lasting changes. Project Fitness is our boutique gym conveniently located off 215 and W Decatur. We are the only boutique gym open 365 days a year, with classes scheduled over 12+ hours daily, and nearly 40 classes per week.
Group fitness classes offer the opportunity to experience movement in positive, memorable, and purposeful ways, inspiring meaningful change both physically and mentally. We know that one size does not fit all, and our programming reflects this. No matter your fitness goals or ability level, we've got you covered.
Athletes with a Membership are entitled to the use of all cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, group fitness and specialty classes, private shower, cafe lounge, and 24 hour access to the facility for unlimited members. They can also expect early access to seminars, discounts on products and merchandise, and member only contests and giveaways.
FUEL is our 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching designed for your goals and ability level. This comprehensive nutrition plan covers all aspects including food quality, quantity, and timing. Whether you are looking to improve your athletic performance, lose weight for an upcoming event, or learn how to live a more balanced healthy lifestyle, FUEL has you covered.
The grinder you use, coffee you choose, and yes, even the water from your sink, can alter the taste in the cup. That is why we teamed up with the experts to build the perfect full service coffee bar. There are endless variations of lattes we can create, but our specialty is the protein latte - the perfect treat pre- or post- workout.

I did the Metcon workout on Thanksgiving Day 2021 as a tourist through Classpass. The workout was intense, but very fun. The place is very welcoming. Totally recommend it.

Really good people run the gym and there’s a good sense of community. I took a lift class with Ivan and then was convinced to stay for the CrossFit class after. Highly recommend giving this a try.

I have been a member for about three months, going at least 7 times a week. This is the only gym in town I have been to, and I have been to a ton, that truly nurtures a team mentality.
Drew is an excellent coach and doesn't play favorites. Whether you are new or been coming for 6 years, he will focus on YOUR progress.
I look forward to going to Project Fitness everyday! I am happier and healthier since I joined them!!

Awesome gym! Dropped in twice at different times of the day and everyone was super helpful in facilitating open gym. Lots of equipment and everything is very nice. The staff is awesome as well! I’ll definitely be back!

This gym rules you get personal training but in a group setting its great for your motivation and they also have awesome pre made healthy meals you can buy and the coaches are all amazing!

The experience was great, I’ve never been to a gym before! Everyone was super supportive cheering us on while we were working out with our coach Lexi. She is patient with us new comers. Just wish we lived closer to go more often. Will definitely come back when back in Vegas. 💪🏻💕💕💪🏻

I’ve been a member for one year now and I love this place. All of the coaches are always cheering you on and everyone there is so friendly. I’ve gotten stronger and even started cross fit. I typically do lift class, but enjoy the occasional boot camp too. Thanks Drew and all of the other coaches!
