I relate pretty well with this kind of person, because this was me, twenty years ago when I was arrested for a DUI. I've combined this personal experience with the years of professional experience I've had since as a prosecutor and a DUI attorney in Portland.

Everyone at RDF is respectful and always makes sure you are informed and prepared throughout every step of the process. The whole team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. Hiring RDF was the best thing I could have done for myself and they made getting through every step of the way far less stressful. They also give you so many resources that cover any question you may have and their website is stocked with information that is helpful.

I have heard Mac Daniel on the radio for a few years now talking about if you or someone you love has an issue they will help. This last January my grandson was that person. Mr. Joshua C Gibbs was assigned to my case, and lost; so obviously I have a bias. But there are a couple reasons I have to recommend you go with another firm (Mr. Gibbs' firm was Reynolds Law Firm).
First and foremost, the price. When I consulted at the firm originally (before Mr. Gibbs was assigned to me), I was told it would be $6500 to retain them, but that was just for the preliminaries. If my case went to trial, it would be double that. I'm cannot recall exactly what terminology they used, and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they did not intentionally lie to me

I had myself in a pickle and was unsure what to do. I made the call to Reynolds defense firm and was immediately seen on a holiday day and Josh was assigned as my attorney to represent me during the process. He was very kind, understand and patient with explaining all the steps I would need to go thru never once did he ever make me feel embarrassed. He put me at ease and felt am weight lifted knowing I had him in my corner.
I hope to never have to need him again but if I ever found myself in the same situation without a doubt I would pick him to represent me again.

I've never had to use this firm (thankfully so). However, I have interacted with the firm at a professional level and have experienced first hand how much they truly care about their clients. They are experts at the legal side and help clients through the maze of DUI and criminal defense law. However, they are also keenly aware of how personally taxing an experience like this can be on one of their clients. They work in parallel to help clients identify the underlying cause that landed them in trouble with the law. And, when possible, they help them correct this and move forward in life. I
