Japanese Kitchen is a popular destination restaurant that provides three dining styles. Teppan-yaki is the most popular and features talented and skilled chefs who entertain with flair and precision while cooking in front of approximately eight diners. The other two areas include regular dining in which traditional Japanese cuisine is cooked in the kitchen.

Within Japanese Kitchen are three different ways to dine. This may involve the locally famed Sushi Bar, the traditional sit down dining or seating for over 200. In total there is seating capacity for upwards of 200 guests at any one time. In addition to these wonderful options to enjoy a meal with family or friends is the cocktail bar.

I have been coming here for my birthday dinner for many years. Post covid they don't really do all the flips and tricks anymore but the food is still very good.

Amazing Tepanyaki! We had a big party of 8. The food was fresh and cooked to our preference. Great chef Toyota, love his fun entertaining attitude. That is why we have returned back so many times. Great job! The lunch pricing is the most affordable. They have variety of chicken, beef and seafood. All delicious!!

A Clovis icon. One of the premiere teppanyaki restaurants in the Fresno/Clovis area. Call ahead and reserve a time or the wait could be long. Great food for the money. Highly recommend!

I only attend on special occasions and when I do it's always an experience with kind hostesses and expert chefs. Appreciate the atmosphere and low lighting that really sets a calming mood whilst hearing the small workings of the nearby aquariums they have in place and when a full house is in play, the sounds of cooking equipment i.e knives or spatulas hitting the stove, food sizzling and laughter fill the room. The chefs are comical yet masterful at their art of cooking. The food is divine as always. Always get extra fried rice as it is some of the best fried rice I've ever had. The spicy sauce

So much fun for Mom's birthday 🎂 dinner. Great chef who was very entertaining. Food was delicious and even was able to accommodate need for special dietary needs. Great experience for our family!

Super Yummy in the Tummy!! Brought my girlfriend and kids, from out of state, for dinner. They loved it and the staff was super nice and funny, definitely recommend.

We arrived at 7pm on the Friday night, teppayaki is fully booked, so we chose traditional dinner. The special dinner has a great amount of food. Overall it tasts good and service is very nice. There are also many kinds of sushi to choose here.

It was okay. The chef was very nice. And the location is convenient. The food wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked though. Portions are quite large, But the price is very high. I'd rather see a significantly smaller portion for less money.

Delicious food and awesome/funny Cooks. We took my mom and sister for their birthday and my mom fell in love with the place 😏definitely five stars!
