Pike's Auto Care Center

I had misread the owner's manual and thought that the transmission fluid needed to be changed at 40 thousand miles. I asked Pike's to get it done. This is a $350 service.

They checked with the car's manufacture and found out the transmission fluid did not need to be changed until 80k miles. They did not complete the service because of this.

I am totally impressed with the integrity of the mechanic and Pike's in general. What other auto repair would take the time to look into this, and then save me the money?

We have used Pike's for our last few repairs and will continue to bring our cars to them. They are prompt with communication, up front about costs, and they do good work. We had one instance where a seal they installed didn't hold correctly and they immediately took the car back in and fixed it same day, free of charge. I definitely recommend.

Don’t go here. First off, don’t know why I had to wait 3 days for a quote. Secondly, when I got it they said $4600. We towed my car away to Tony’s in Loveland, he gave us a quote all same deal even including tires (4), for 1/4 cost @ just around $1,000 and got the work done ASAP. An absolute rip off, I’ve heard the stories about here and definitely flagging with BBB. Can’t believe we got quoted over $3,000 more. Unreal. Don’t do it, take your car somewhere else and get a quote first, or to Tony’s in Loveland.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My car overheated in front of this store last week so we asked them to take a look. They quoted us $4600. We decided to have it towed and take it to our family mechanic in Loveland for a second opinion. It was 1/4 of the cost! This is my first time being taken advantage of by a mechanic and it is infuriating. It's people like YOU that give auto shops a bad name. Always get a second opinion.

This is one of the cleanest shops I've seen! The staff was amazing and very helpful! I will recommend them to all who live in Windsor Colorado for any auto or truck repair!

Got new tires about a week ago. No complaints. My alignment is so steady it feels like my Toyota Carola is a tesla now.. Definitely recommend this place...

Not satisfied. Took my vehicle in for what I thought was going to be warranty work. I had a bad feeling from the get go. I got a call and they wanted $2000 to fix it because they found something else and in order to do the warranty work they needed to fix something else. I told them no. I called 3 other places who all told me $2000 was WAY too much for what they told me I needed. So I went to a specialist and they said that Pike was completely wrong. My car didn't even need what they wanted to replace. It was something completely different. I am so glad I got a bad feeling going in there because

Simple flat repair on my 2018 VW atlas. I could tell pretty quickly even though it was my first time in that these were people that I could trust. I think other places would have tried to give me the "unrepairable" song and dance and ask me to purchase new tires. These guys didn't do that. $22 later and I'm on my way. They have my future business! Thanks guys!!

Me personally I have been in twice to ask for wheels, tires and the other for service. Once got a tire fixed that I dropped off. This time the reason for the review is as follows. My wife called pikes this am to schedule an appointment to get a tire fixed. She called me after and told me she was upset because the guy that answered the phone was very rude after she asked for an appointment. He said we can schedule an appointment but it's not like we can get you in right away still might be over an hour. Anyway anyone that can't take an extra 5 seconds to be nice especially to a woman wont

Pikes have been our car guys for many years. The work they do is always first class and their prices always seem very fair. Mike is a treasure and goes out of his way to be so accommodating. We would never even think of using anyone else to work on our vehicles. And yes..they have great integrity.

These guys are great! The job was finished slightly ahead of schedule and the estimated amount was right on the money. We have found it hard to find trustworthy and reliable mechanics to whom we can trust our older Subaru with, but Pike's is our new mechanical home. Greg, the Manager was patient, kind and knowledgeable.

Awful just plain awful as small town as you can get with the big time prices and that I don't know you treatment so you get the "extra charge". Did it absolutely pathetic terrible job on my vehicle alignment and new tire installation.

Would not ever recommend this place to anybody. Service is rude and pathetic. The overall attitude of the store is you are expected to pay them just for them gracing your presence. We found Pike's on a recommendation from a friend when we moved to Windsor. We always had fantastic, high quality service. Mike and his crew were always friendly and remembered us by name. When we moved out of Windsor, we ended up needing a mechanic and found another local shop in our new town. Mistake. We came back over to Pike's and Mike dropped what he was doing to take a quick look at my car. He made a quick adjustment (for free) and got me back on the road in minutes. We learned our lesson, and will be making the drive to come back to see Mike and the rest of the crew at Pike

Good service. I had to wait a few minutes in the loby before someone came out to help me. the service was done in an acceptable amount of time.
