I brought my 2006 Toyota Sequoia in because of what I believed to be front end bearing noise. At first they didn’t notice the noise, but later agreed the bearings needed replacement. While attempting to remove and replace the bearings they seized up. The shop, without contacting me first acquired the knuckle and bearings from a junkyard and replaced them indicating they were good to go. Went to Firestone to get a tire patched, they couldn't work me in "until the end of the day" and demanded that I leave my truck with them for 6+ hours (for a 15 minute job) rather than let me schedule an appointment and come back. Very strange.
So I went across town to T&T where my family has gone for years...they treated me like family from the moment I walked in, and salesman Brian Haag told me he could get me in to get my tire patched right away. Wow! So T&T tire use to have 2 locations, one in Windsor, and Loveland, my review starts in Windsor... my family has been a customer of t& t for many years. Yes, they have great knowledge about tires, and great prices. We stayed for the people- from Brian to everyone that works there, in my book they are THE best! A few years ago,
my son needed to drive to Denver, he had a low tire, We stopped by TNT in Windsor, and sure enough we need to replace the tires. But they. didn't try to sell me tires, gentlemen working sad if it was my son, I would want him just to get there safely and

I went to this place because they came highly recommended. I was told "They are really good", well that was a lie because they are freaking AWESOME! I came in on a day that I was extremely busy thinking "I will drop off the wheels and pick them up later in the day". Nope. 15 minutes later I was on my way with new tires. If every business ran this well, life would be a lot smoother.

They might be good with tires but be careful when your problem is more than just replacing tires. We took my car there because power steering had gone out they said I needed a new power steering pump and a new rack and pinion, so I paid them to do the work because they said they were capable.
Got my car back and with in 6 weeks more power steering problems. The parts were still under warranty so they said they would replace them. They have my car for over a week and when I call to check up I'm told that they replaced those parts and have no idea what else to do because the problem is still

People think I'm crazy for driving from Nederland, CO just for tires and tire service. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys have gotten my snows on within 24 hrs of the first flakes hitting the ground, they've found me a tire that fits my truck's lifestyle and still within my budget, I never wait more than 11 min from the time I park my truck until I'm driving it out of the lot after a rotation. They are friendly and professional, super honest, nice people! I usually work with Randy, a fellow ex-Midwesterner. No other tire store beats his level of customer service

Was recommended this shop from my mechanic. I wanted tires comparable to the ones I had and they were able to give me several options. While they didn't have any tires in my size in stock they were able to order them and have them delivered next day to be installed. I did get a flat tire the same day I had them installed (after hours). They called me back before opening the next business day and came to me to repair the flat. Side note: teach your sons/daughters how to change a flat. It's important.

This is the most professional auto shop I have been to. I needed to get tires swapped for the change of seasons, rotors and pads replaced, and a tune up. They were very friendly and my total cost came in less than they quoted. My car drove like new when I left. So glad to have found an honest and affordable place for our vehicles!
