Ordered from here and it took them an hour to deliver my food. When it got here not only did they not even come to my door, they made me walk down my steps instead of actually delivering it to me. Then proceeded to have the nerve to ask for a tip. When I said no to her she said “you can tip on card” I gave her a $2 tip and she looked surprised by the fact I gave her a $2 tip. I turned transactions off on my card so she couldn’t get her tip 😂

I used to order from here a lot a few years ago. i haven’t ordered from here in over a year because the last time i ordered they took over an hour and half to deliver the food. when i called in to tell them to cancel my order, they magically showed up. so today i decided to give them another chance. I placed my order at 3:40pm and now at 5:10pm, an hour and a half later, i still have not received my order. i called the restaurant twice and they were 0 help. “the order should be there soon” and “let me check on the driver. bye” were their responses. the worst customer service and the food

This place has really went downhill since covid hit. We use to order here weekly pretty much the same order too. We have even given it two more last tries. Delivery takes like an hour and a half the food was not what it was before. I tried to pick it up and it's even worse than last time. The spare ribs taste like they are covered in salt and all the vegetables tasted freezer burned.

Terrible! I waited for 30 minutes for carry out. When I went in to pick up the food the restaurant smelled to bad I wanted to vomit. It smelled like someone died there. The food was mediocre. They also called as I was 1/2 way to my home to mount joy and said they forgot part of my order. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Worst Chinese food ever. The food was nasty, the chicken taste like it was made last week. The rice taste uncooked,the spare ribs was so hard it was like beef jerky. That's the second time I brought food from there that it taste like that, the first time though it was cause I ordered late night. But this time I ordered around 2pm the food still taste 2 weeks old.

Terrible service for delivery drivers. On several occasions I have showed up to pick up a delivery order and they haven’t even started it yet, despite the fact it’s been slow each time. I used to order for myself almost every week, but have switched back to Cafe East because I find this so incredibly disrespectful, especially when they are aware that drivers get paid per order. I end up having to wait 15-20 minutes for something that should have been ready when I got there.

I never leave reviews online, and am usually understanding when a good restaurant has a bad night and don’t hold it against them. However, while Grand China used to be really good, their consistent downward spiral into a tepid swamp of mediocrity has motivated me to warn others in hopes of saving them from an evening of disappointment. (There are many great local places that actually care about what they do that I will continue to support).
