Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
If I could give negative stars, I would give a million!!!!! They lie to you about working with you on the rent. Plus the fact that I had to go out get cleaning supplies and clean the apartment before I could anything. This company is horrible!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start, but saying that I was not the person who rented from this company - it was my nephew. The property was old and dated (and moldy) when he moved in, but he wanted it. He had so many problems getting help with maintenance issues (i.e. refrigerator stopped working, A/C not working, etc.). I thought he was being dramatic about his complaints with the management company, so I called myself acting as him about his issues. The person I spoke to was rude, condescending and not helpful. The way the company responds to every single bad review should tell you all you need to know about them.

I’ve been with JD Marks for some time. In the last 2 months my heat stop working Thanksgiving weekend. On 1-3-18 my heat still didn’t work and then my pipes busted. Not once but twice. Been in an out of hotels with wife and daughter since this began. Here’s the 🤬,but find it 🤣🤣how they still want the full rent amount. It’s 1-24-18 and heat still doesn’t work. Hopefully a Manager or Supervisor finds this!!

The unit I occupied at Woodcrest a few years ago was gross. I was looking for a cheap place to temporarily stay when I first moved to Memphis and didn’t know the city. This deal was great cause I got a 3 bedroom for like $525 month to month. They even waived the pet fee for my cat. Unfortunately that was about the only good thing about this place. The other units in our building were foul and when the tenants across from us moved out all of their cockroaches infested our unit. And I mean infested! All over the kitchen, in the cat food, on my bedroom walls. We were afraid to leave trash in the

Won't fix nothing after lease up, called several times bout, sink, wasps, bugs, toilet and all. They never came and fixed anything after 1yr lease. We lived month to month rent for 5 years and had to fix everything ourselves. But while we were on lease these people were great, came out and fixed everything first call. So if your going to stay longer than a year I would not go with them.

They are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They will lie to you and not hold up their end of a deal that they make with you. The property is infested with bugs and rodents and would rather make excuses than handle the problem. They bad talk you to the neighbors without ever having said anything to you about an issue. I would highly recommend not doing business of any kind with this company.
