Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.

As a mom dealing with dental problems with my four year old, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mikaeya Kalantari. I found her a year and a half ago after another dentist told me my son would need to be put under general anesthesia for a root canal. He was barely 3 at the time. I’m so glad I decided to get a second and third opinion, and I’m so glad I found her. She understood my concerns as a mom and put us on a much simpler, much more rational path to maintain the health of my son’s teeth. So thankful for her honesty and professionalism

We had the best checkup ever. My son is on the spectrum and dental visits have never gone well. I brought him here for the first time on Monday and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The dentists were extremely patient with my son, allowing him to take frequent breaks to keep him comfortable. This was the first dental visit that we had where nobody cried, melted down, or vomited. I am so glad we came here and found our new dentist!

The dentist she engage with all her patients which is so great makes you feel comfortable. she gives you a through oral exam before she start anything else. I highly recommend Sunshine Smiles of OC. They take as much time as needed to explain all treatment options as well as educate their patients about the various procedures they perform. I trust them with my implant and I trust them with my children’s teeth. They are reasonably priced and they don’t over treat. Everyone in this office is conscientious, knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. I am so happy I found them!

I took my three year old daughter here for her first dentist appointment ever and can’t speak higher of Dr. K. She thoroughly explained everything in a manner a three year old can understand and put my slightly nervous daughter at ease. Everything went so smoothly, I am grateful for Dr. K and her staff. Highly recommend!

After a couple of not so comfortable dentist visits at other places, I am SO thrilled to have found Sunshine Smiles. They truly made my daughter feel special and relaxed. From making the appointment on the phone to the office visit, they were thorough and made sure to ask the right questions that made our visit so seamless and pain free (not to mention they were able to get us in right away & do the procedure same day) My 4 year old had to have a tooth extracted, I felt so comfortable and trusted what they advised. They offered a less invasive treatment plan when the other places wanted to go overboard

Dr. Zaery and Dr. Kalantari are very caring and gentle. One of our daughter's has extreme sensory issues and these two dentists have proven themselves professionally, but also trustworthy in promising to be gentle. They have done a root canal on a back molar and now a crown on her front tooth that was unexpectedly cracked while playing laser tag. I highly recommend them.
