Was great in the beginning until you run into complications during your bankruptcy then you are left to fend for yourself. Creditors will charge you fees during Ch 13 which were not discussed and wont get any help. Creditor sent them numerous notices about a delinquency due to fees I was unaware of and I was never informed and now have escalated to more than I owed prior to bankruptcy. Almost 4 years in and now I run the risk of having my case dismissed because I cant afford this which could have been avoided had I been informed.
