StreamLine Agents Inc. was founded by Jenny Carlson. Purchasing her first home and the personal work she did to close the transaction, gave Jenny a passion for the industry and assisting busy agents. An agent's job isn't easy. There is always more to do than time allows. We get a chance to positively affect the experience of real estate agents, as well as their buyers and sellers.
We provide real estate transaction services designed to remove the mundane paperwork and time consuming details from your work load, while enhancing your professional image. A listing or closing transaction can have from around 64 to 80 tasks each, depending upon agent preferences and customized plan.
It is such a breath of fresh air to work with such professionals that go the extra mile and truly stay on top of the important dates in the contract. I can honestly say that I have been in the industry for 9 years and on the mortgage side for 4 of those years and you are probably the 3rd person to ever send out important date emails and reminders like that.
President and Founder, Jenny Carlson has a background in title, insurance and small business consulting (Streamline Consulting & Solutions) in addition to her 13 years in the real estate industry. Jenny's greatest desire is to provide valuable tools and information to others so they may grow and excel personally and professionally.
We take on all the details of listing and closing transactions. We will schedule the inspections, take care of paperwork, load items to broker systems, marketing, and many more tasks related to a successful sale! We can even send out listing paperwork and contract offers at your direction, saving you time for the direct contact with your clients, negotiations and following up with potential buyers or sellers.
