Araina and her massage therapy services are God sent. I have been seeing Araina for acupressure massages for the last 8 years. She and I are very intuned with each other. She helps me with my back, shoulders and allergies issues. She provides tips on how to relieve stress. And manage the aches and pains with home stretches. I recommend Araina and her services. She is always professional.

I see Araina about once a month and have been doing so for a little over a year, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. Her demeanor and office space are calming and relaxing and put me at ease the second I arrive. She is an empathetic and active listener and begins every session by checking in on how I'm feeling -- mentally and physically -- so she can assess my needs and tailor the massage to meet them. I've been getting regular massages from Araina since she started. I look forward to the hour when I can close the door on all the stress of daily living and just concentrate on how I feel and what I need. Araina is always in tune with her clients, and begins each session with "So what's going on with you?" I point out the areas where I'm carrying the stress and her magic hands smooth it all away. The hardest part is not being able to take a nap after, but I leave there feeling wonderful.

I have been getting massages from Araina consistently for 3 years now. Araina always makes it a point to check in with me before she gets started to see how my body is feeling and ask if there are any areas that I would like for her to focus on during the massage. I have fallen asleep numerous times during the massages because I am so relaxed. Araina also makes it a point to ask if the pressure is too much during the massage.

Ariana is a god send. I have never received a professional massage before (the only places were crappy nail salons and not licensed massage therapists) and I could not be more pleased. Ariana called me the day before my appointment to talk and get to know where my body is currently which as a former dancer I really appreciated. She is kind and tentative, would check in about the pressure as my body can get ticklish sometimes.
I honestly could not say enough wonderful things about her and how clean/relaxing the room was. We were even able to talk afterwards on my body and preventative care that

I have to say that Ariana's massage was amazing. I normally don't fall asleep during a massage but her massage was so good that I felt asleep. lol. I loved that Ariana focused on my concerns and issues and my 60 min Swedish massage felt like 90 mins. Her pressure was excellent and I plan to visit soon. Thank you Ariana!

Araina is amazing. I highly recommend her. She is wonderfully personable and the space is very relaxing. She's great for post workout or a prenatal massage. Both are important! And she has some brilliant ideas on how to help sciatic nerve pain. I would recommend her to every one of my closets friends.
