Check to see if the garage or back doors need any work; freshly painted doors & trim look best. Replace faded house numbers if applicable w/ new shiny ones; this also includes faded or worn numbers on mailbox. If shower curtains are worn; purchase new ones w/ rugs; you can always take them when you move; it just freshens up the rooms.

Jacob B. was the second real estate agent we corresponded with after the first one from a different company was unresponsive to our needs. Since we were moving from a different state, Jacob went above and beyond by picking us up and bringing us to each showing when we came for a last minute two day visit. This allowed us to really get to know the area instead of concentrating on not getting lost.

If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. This is a scam to get you to buy a mortgage but they don't tell you that until after you come in for a "meet and greet" where they force you to watch a very very boring video about how wonderful they are. Hmmmmm. Oh and they go by another name too,. Your Home sold guaranteed realty. These are scammers.

Matt is a saint. I had a lot of questions since I did not know TN and he patiently explained things to me. I was buying long distance. Matt's professional knowledge of the real estate market was 100% spot on. Matt was very responsive and kept me updated. Matt helped me purchase an excellent buy in a challenging market of which I had no familiarity. Matt was always extremely nice -- even in the evenings and on weekends as he wrote multiple offers for me at those times. Matt was so humble, when I thanked him for his help he would text me "that's what I do."

An appraiser said my home would only appraise at 111.00 dollars per square foot. When other homes in this market appraised for 125.00 per square foot or higher.The lending companies will treat a MOD as a home and allow you to appraise as such. This company needs some training.... Will not recommend appraiser's from this company ever......
