We consider the prevention of accidents to be an integral part of our operation, and to these ends, have established a comprehensive Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) to assure the continued safety of our employees.

Project consisted of the construction and modification of an 11.75 MGD wet/dry pit wastewater pump station, and of a 900 kW standby diesel generator facility housed in a concrete substructure enclosed in a CMU block wall and metal roof enclosure, and a 1.3 MG circular concrete emergency storage basin (ESB) tank.

Don't work or hire Mitchell Engineering, unless you are dishonest and want to blameshift and lie about what the general manager tells you to lie about.
I'm surprised this business has not been sued for the dishonest business practices and lost everything. I was forced to cover up accidents, destroy evidence of accidents and lie, under threat of losing my job, under direct, direction from the general manager.
I did it one time and i regret it. The seconed time i was ordered to do it, i quit.
The owner seemed to be a reasonable man but is completely out of touch with the dishonest, immoral and
