Went for the first time in about 4 years. Food was good. Atmosphere was really loud and they were really busy. Had to ask for drinks a couple times. I think they were just overbooked or something. We had a reservation. Not sure why a Thursday was so busy. Probably won't visit again for a while just because of the price and how many people were there. Love their Lemonade though.

The concept of the restaurant is neat. Each time I went up to the food bar the line was going different directions. The lids they use to keep food warm would cause the serving spoons to fall in. The salad bar had a limited selection, but still good. How they serve their meat is neat. Their desert selection is good.

Arrived with wife and kids. I was told 15 minute wait by front hostess which is no problem. Turned into 45 minute wait and let a man and woman cut us because he lied thought he had earlier reservation. I observed plenty of empty tables but were waiting to be cleaned.They are understaffed and horribly managed. Also the restrooms were filthy and dirty. Sorry I have to give 1 star but no longer a 5 star restaurant.

Meats were delicious ...when we finally got some, which was seldom.
Our section was routinely overlooked by the meat servers. We'd sit there and watch one after another server walk right past our table with mouth-watering food without so much as a glance out way. Yes, our green marker was facing up and we made it a point for it to be visible.
The salad bar was meh at best and our server, while very friendly, made rare appearances.
Party of 5 during peak hours so maybe that had something to do with it but it seems like all neighboring tables were getting great service.

Overall a fantastic experience and delicious food! The entryway was bright and colorful with large garage doors as windows.
The full salad bar and sides are all fantastic! We ate fresh and crisp salad with tons of toppings. Mashed potatoes, quail eggs, pasta salads, soups, fried bananas, and many more sides to choose from.
My mother-in-law and I ordered the Piranha cocktail and it was super smooth. Beehive honey wheat draft beer was clean and lightly hoppy.
The waiters walked around with multiple selections of meats slipped off sticks directly onto your plate at your table. Very unique experience

Good food, large selection. They bring around large screwers of many different kinds of meat and carve off what you want. The soup and salad bar has a great selection and everything I tried tasted between decent and very good. Also, it's a little pricey, but all you can eat so don't be shy. If you would like to try any kind of meat, ask for it and they will bring it out if it's on the menu for that day/time. I didn't try any deserts because I was way too full but they looked awesome. Great selection of food, amazing flavor, good service, and not to crowded. My only complaint is the lack of care of the restrooms, they were honestly disgusting. That ruined my experience, good thing I use it before leaving the restaurant. I will give another chance to this place in the future, hoping the attention they put on the food will reflect in all the facilities on the restaurant.

Food & staff was amazing. With 16 different kinds of meat that comes to your table plus a huge salad bar, We will definitely be returning. I had no room for dessert. Lol
I have to say that we ordered takeout from Tucanos 1st & then came to sit down at the restaurant. Restaurant experience was by far my favorite. Thank you for the great environment as well.
