Born in Pasadena, and raised nearby in San Dimas, Dr. Thomas Pacheco feels very fortunate he found Dr. James Angelos and his practice in Pasadena. From the very beginning it has felt like the right fit and he is looking forward to meeting each of the wonderful patients who have been part of the practice for many years.
Dr. James N. Angelos has provided complete Cosmetic and General Dentistry in Pasadena for over 50 years. A graduate of Case Western Reserve Dental School in Cleveland, Ohio, he served in the U.S. Public Health Service and the U.S. Coast Guard as a dental officer in Alameda, California providing all phases of General Dentistry.

As a long-time patient of Dr. Angelos, I had always appreciated him and his staff. I was happy to hear of his well-deserved retirement, but was nervous about meeting Dr. Pacheco. My worries were completely unfounded. The staff continues to be excellent, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Pacheco is wonderful. I look forward to being a long-time patient of his.

Wonderful place. Dr. James Angelo's was my dentist for 40+ years. I adored him!!!! Dr. Pacheco I'm sure will have the same high standards an expertise as Dr. A. Dr. Angelo's of course became my friend and helped me through my high anxiety I always had with going to the dentist. The office and techs are top notch and kind as well. A combination that's hard to find anywhere these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Dr. Angelos was loved by his patients, so Dr. Pacheco truly has a “tough act to follow”.
And while I have spent only 15 minutes with my “new doc”, I think I will be pleased to stay with the practice.
Dr. Pacheco is warm and friendly, and seems to be a good technician.
Time will tell, but I am relieved that I won’t have to search for a new dentist.
I encourage Dr. Angelos patients to get to know “the new doc”!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Thomas Pacheco’s office. The staff greeted us and was very friendly. Shortly after, we had our teeth examined and cleaned. Dr. Pacheco was very nice and professional. He took the time to explain things and answer our questions. His staff were also very experienced and did a great job. We’ve definitely found a great dentist!
