Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Then follow these three steps!

This place is a joke. My husband called the office telling them that I was being chased by a cat and almost attacked with my puppy in their apartment property, the women named marlene said that she wasn’t able to do anything??? Didn’t even offer him to file a report?? Why have someone that can’t problem solve. If I get attacked under their property with wild cats and cats that are not being vaccinated or domesticated that is a big problem! Not the first time it has happened and can be health concerning for my dog and I if cat attacks. If people are feeding the cats the leasing office should

I am a resident in the complex and I am very thankful for the people working in the leasing office as well in the maintenance office. They are always available to answer any questions or make any repairs necessary in my unit. Specially how helpful Eric was when I asked for guidance on how to pay my rent online.
