I’ve been taking my furbabies here since 1994. Dr Middlebrooks has seen me through a lot of good moments with my babies and seen me at my worst when it was time for my babies to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff and the doctors are so awesome. I love them all. I really loved Dr Lloyd as well. I didn’t see her quite as much as Dr Middlebrooks only because I started out with him. I have nothing but high praise for everyone at at Woodman Dr Animal Hospital

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness
I called in to see if they do same day appointments and the lady on the phone said "We haven't taken new patients in 3 years now." She said this in a very stuck up tone. I might even go as far to say she was happy to turn me away. If they haven't taken new patients in 3 years then why are they still available to call.
