Pet insurance pays, partly or in total, for veterinary treatment of the insured person's ill or injured pet. Some policies will pay out when the pet dies, or if the pet is lost or stolen. As veterinary medicine is increasingly employing expensive medical techniques and drugs, and owners have higher expectations for their pet's health care and standard of living than previously, the market for pet insurance has increased.

Dr. M is amazing as always! Even tho she hadn't physically seen me (only my boys HokusPokus & Low-KeyKitty) she was smiles & even asked about my commuting between Ohio and the UK. Keeping my boys up to date on everything they'll need when we return home. The staff is amazing. Thru the worst of the pandemic and beyond they've been amazing.

I took in a new rescue kitten who had fleas and worms and needed some medical tests to make sure he would not get my old cat sick. I had never been to this vet before. I have been driving to my old vet 45 minutes away since moving. This vet and staff here were very kind. They fitted me in quickly, even as a new patient, and did the needed tests. They gave the kitten his flea controll and wormer, and did not give me a hard time putting off less urgent care untill he gets newtered in a month. That will be sponsored by the TNR clinic that found him.

Our Beagle/Basset mix, Bailey, was drooling uncontrollably, wouldn't eat or drink, was lethargic, and had runny bloody stools. We were very concerned. We were from out of town and it was late on a Saturday so we Googled Emergency Veterinary Services and Shiloh Animal Hospital was the first listing. We called, described our dogs symptoms and they advised us to bring her in. It was less than 25 minutes from our location so we did. There was a Drop-Off system (due to COVID-19 protocols) which was a bit confusing because of all the doors and signs that didn't make sense but we called again and were

Without question Dr. Mazzei is the most dedicated and compassionate Physician that I have encountered through 50 plus years of owning and caring for pets and critters. Dr Mazzei was never too busy to call me back and help me through my beloved Clyde having Cushings Decease. Clyde lost his battle with this horrible decease, but Dr.Mazzei did all she could for Clyde and myself at this very tough time.Thank you and your wonderful staff Doctor...Sincerely John Golden.

We have taken our animals here for many years. They have received excellent, compassionate care. There is never any pressure. Our dog, Jack, was recently diagnosed with cancer and Dr Mazzei was so tender in her treatment of Jack and all of our conversations. She gave many hugs which is what I needed.

We have a 12 year old schnoodle who developed a tumor on the edge of one eyelid and one on her chest below the neck. The tumor was making the eyelid unable to remain tight on the eye. Consequently, our dog was getting eye infections and the tumor was only going to keep growing. Shiloh Vet priced the surgery to remove the tumors for less than half of what I was quoted at another veterinarian.
Dr. Mazzei did the surgery. She even removed a third tumor in our dog's armpit while she was at it. She also called me during surgery to consult with me about some teeth that needed to come out. She
