Dan and Cara were absolutely amazing. They answered every time I called, and responded promptly and professionally to every email.
They listened to my questions and gave detailed answers throughout the entire process. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for legal help. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help.
Thank you Peugh Law Firm!

I was 19 when i got my first felony charge, along with other serious offenses, and after continuing to get in trouble and really making it tough for Dan to get a good result on my cases, he still fought tirelessly for me. My future was looking grim, but once i finally listened to all of Dan’s advice, and just do my part so he could do his- he got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor, and all other charges dismissed. I’ll no longer be a felon, and can still enjoy my freedom while i’m on probation (no jail time). I couldn’t be more pleased and more thankful for the results i got and to have

My family had the need to request Mr. Peugh's services for an unfortunate turn of events. Having never been in need of any services like this before he and his team walked us through the process and got us the best possible outcome. He was straight with us on possible outcomes and what best avenue to take. This was the best call I made.

Dan and Cara have been wonderful to work with. Both have worked very closely with me and have given me advice during my case. Dan worked hard to get a reduction in terms and was very helpful in helping navigate the court system and alerted me to what to expect. Dan also provided guidance on things to do prior to court to help my case. I did as directed and as he had advised I saw better results. I would highly recommend Dan. I feel that Cara his assistant has gone out of her way to help and has kept me informed during the whole process.

Daniel Peugh and Cara Montoya are a GREAT Team they helped me get all my classes out of the way early so when I got probation I only had small items to finish. Daniel is a great lawyer I was looking at 2 to 5 years and he got me 15 months then when I was having a hard time getting my driver license back Cara did her magic and I was at the DPS getting my license back. If you need a Great Team to represent you in court they are it.

I paid Daniel Peugh $2500 for a consultation because I was in a rough spot.
He did not represent me nor did I see him after our initial consultation. We spoke on the phone a few time when he wasn't busy.
When I terminated our contract because I haven't been charged with a crime, Daniel charged me $1667 of the $2500 and told me to seek counsel elsewhere because we don't work well together.
I was not impressed with Daniel after he took my money and I won't be referring anyone to his law practice.
