I recently made an appointment here about a month ago and I have been very pleased with this dentistry office! They are very friendly and happy to address any concerns patients may have. They are very organized and thorough with each job. I feel comfortable in their hands. The dental assistants and doctors are quick to finish my appointment, without me feeling like it was rushed. Great staff! Great service as they check with your insurance first before proceeding with any work. This way you won't get a surprise bill after the service. Victoria at front desk has great customer service. Hygienist do a great job here and the doctors are not pushy at all. Highly recommend this place

I came here today and was so happy with my visit. The friendly staff made it comfortable as soon as I walked in. They took my temperature and made me wash my hands and rinse my mouth, which I appreciated. It shows that they are very thorough and take precautions to ensure that everyone is safe. The hygienist was very personable and did her job well. She took her time and was gentle. She talked me through everything. The doctor visit was brief (I didn't have any issues to address) and he was very kind and comfortable. Overall, the visit was easy and safe!

I do not recommend this place, they are nice at first, then they change pricing last minute. Adriana is big for saying "The Doctor Said", but the Dr has no backbone and will not meet or talk with you about pricing or price changes or lack of information about procedure or cost. If you question her, they decide not to have you as a patient or anyone related to you, anyone that your lives in your house or anyone you previous referred. Read the reviews on Yelp that they try to pay to have removed or put at the bottom. This has happened to many people and yet they continue to let Adriana run the show

I think the service is great, the work is exceptional. Everyone is professional and friendly, the office is very clean as well.
My husband had two front caps done. The color and size of cap could not have been matched better.
I would have rated the office a five but we are new clients and want to make sure it is consistent service.

I love Ocean Ranch Dentistry! Honest, kind, personable and the best dental work I've ever had. I will never ever switch to another dentist! Dr. Tran, Dr. Lee and Adrianna have been taking care of me for over 10 years and now my two year old is being seen by them too!! They were so good and so sweet with him! STAY AWAY! This is not a dentist office that cares about patient care. You barely see the dentist and when you do it's brief. Then you have the office chihuahua aka Adriana. She is the worst! No patient care,unempathetic lies,lies and lies! She will call you repeatedly and quote you pricing then flip the script the day before you go in for treatment. She LOVES to use "Dr Said" and your only option is to deal with her where she will tell you one thing and change it later...When you question her she gets irritated,red and crosses her hands and shuts down.Then comes the BEST part!

I was a patient of Dr Tran's a year ago1. I had a crown replaced on a tooth that had a root canal done years ago. If I knew that they only do zirconia crowns in advance and that that would have made my tooth appear darker through a somewhat transparent crown I would have went elsewhere. Seems like he didn't care about the cosmetics of it even though the he knew damn well that it would not appear good. What a joke. He only wanted an expensive crown so of course they only do zirconia. 2. had a filling on tooth 3 that had chipped in between tooth 3 & 4 only 1 day after my visit. I went

I have gone to this dentist for about 5-7 years and do not have insurance. First thing that brought me to this practice was that I needed a crown re-glued then eventually replaced, a few fillings and routine cleaning. I realize everything goes up in cost and according to a recent letter sent they had been running the cleaning special for 11 years at $125 but now for those of us who do not have insurance it will be going up to $225. I'm sorry to say that things will now change for me - no more routine cleaning or checkups - will now just have to see the dentist when I know something isn

Well as first impressions go they deserve 5 stars! From Adriana at the front desk (and did my x-rays) she was very personable and made me feel so at ease, the hygienist (sorry I forgot your name) who was super sweet and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, always conscious of my comfort during the cleaning. To Dr. Tran who was also super nice and took his time to talk to me, which is a huge deal to not feel rushed! I can confidently say that I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to friends and family!

Dr Lee and her staff are kind and considerate human beings. Truly. I've always felt welcomed and have never waited past my appointment time. What they remember about me and my family always surprises me.
The office is both warm and professional. Treatment options are explained well, along with the costs. I've had terrible experiences at dental offices that have a series of staff members giving you a hard sell for totally unnecessary work. Not Dr. Lee! You always have options with her. I have been coming to Vanessa Lee and Huy Tran for about 3 years. They are kind and very encouraging in our dental care. So far, my husband who is 82 and I am 68, have only needed teeth cleaned. They don't try any high pressure tactics as some dentists used in past.
Adrianna at front desk is very professional and kind in scheduling and payment handling.
I had dental coverage till I was 65 through my company but it expired when I reached Medicare age. I have dental coverage through that source but don't like reviews read online about their provider so would rather pay out of pocket than

Starting going here in January after not going to the dentist for years. I was so apprehensive to go because of my history of bad teeth and lack of taking care of them for so long. After my initial appointment I was set up with a plan for my teeth that included exactly what was happening and how much each appointment would be. Doctors are great, I even referred my sister who now goes there, unfortunately their front desk help (Adriana) is rude. I called to make an appointment for my husband and her people skills left a lot to be desired. She was rude but I let bygones be bygones and called to schedule an appointment today but apparently I am no longer welcomed there! Be careful when dealing with Adriana because if you speak up you too will be without dental care, such a shame. The doctors should really care about their patients more, we had a small disagreement with no name calling or bad words but now I'm banned

Dr.Tran has been my dentist for years. I would always refer my friends and family to them. Any how Adriana used to be be very sweet and kind and now she' rude and inconsiderate!! I had my last cleaning with them in January and there was some lack of communication regarding polices and procedures. She informed Dr. Tran that I was unhappy with the polices and treatments. So they had planned to fire me as a patient after my last visit but 7 months later I call for a cleaning and Adriana puts me on a long hold I wasn't able to hold because of my newborn, so she calls me back and says that

After reading the reviews of Ocean Ranch Dentistry on Yelp, I decided to get over my fear of dentist and book an appointment.
Dr Lee was super friendly, she made me feel comfortable and was very gentle. She explained everything she was doing and answered any questions I had about the procedure.
The office was very clean and staff was more than helpful. I hope Dr. Lee will continue to be my dentist for years to come!

For those of you that were once like me, fearfully terrified of dentists, fear no more! This is by far the best dentist office I have ever come into contact with. The entire staff is amazing, and are very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I as well as the kids have all had multiple positive experiences. I know someone that moved to Temecula and continues to come down to Oceanside for their dental appointments because of the service that Ocean Ranch Dentistry provides. If you are in the market for a good dentist, contact them now, you will not be disappointed!!!
