You don't have to produce a PhD in Psychology to gain a deeper connection with your clientele. Building solid relationships with your clients is an ongoing journey no matter how long you have been. What do you think of when someone says "Starbucks"? Sugary drinks? Fat? Calories? Well, possibly if you go over the top with shots, extra heavy cream, and/or you decide to visit Starbucks multiple.

I am Elizabeth Tretina and I am so excited to share my knowledge and experiences with you along with my journey through fitness and health. My passion for health and fitness started over 30 years ago when I became part of a Dance Performing Arts Company and expanded my career as a group instructor, personal trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist.
My fitness career started 30 years ago when I was an active member of a well-known dance company. I continued strong teaching a variety of small and large group classes in the evenings at our Corporate Fitness Center while my day job in Corporate America as direct administrative associate to President of Human Resources.
I have over 30+ years of health and fitness training. My specialty and passion is training 50+ populations. Although most of my clients are active adult seniors, I am fortunate to work with many individuals encountering mild to severe obstacles. These demographics may include male, female, mobile, immobile, medical, physical and/or emotional struggles.
Fascia is the most prevalent organ/tissue in the body. Every cell in your body is hooked into and responds to the tensional environment of the fascia. There are 10 times as many sensory receptors in your fascial tissues as there are in your muscles. Healthy function and circulation throughout your muscles, joints, arteries, veins, brain and spinal cord is largely dependent on optimal flexibility and condition of your fascia.
Over the past 30 years, I've had the pleasure to design and instruct many modalities of small and large group training in several environments through corporate, concierge, small business and as a private business owner. I appreciate teaching a variety of classes as they provide motivation and creativity.
