Me and my boyfriend encountered a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with a employee named Kendall who worked in "The Grind" coffee shop. He did not represent the ocean at all. Although, this coffee shop is just a vendor in ocean, he should provide the utmost customer service! This was my 1st time in this hotel to celebrate my 30th birthday and IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME EVER GOING BACK.
Me and my boyfriend ordered from here thinking it was Starbucks as they carry a logo. But we came to find out they carry items of Starbucks not that they are actually Starbucks. We ordered 1 bagel and 1 coffee. Kendall
