Enjoy the personal fulfillment of learning a skill while increasing core strength, obtaining better balance and agility, stamina, and "usable" strength. We focus on fitness first and boxing second! We use sound boxing techniques that get people in the best physical and mental shape of their lives. Learn proper offense (jabs, hooks and uppercuts), footwork, and defense in a fashion that best generates physical fitness.

We know that a good workout has to be fun. Many other programs promote a generic "burning calories" through what I call P/P/Ps (Punch, Push-ups, and Planks). The net result is usually a growing lack of interest that can leave one searching another fitness alternative. Learn skills that can assist you in everyday life combined with a greater fitness level in a No Contact Safe Environment!

Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve tried a few boxing/MMA gyms in the area, this place is easily the best.

Mark is amazing!!! Very personable and will work out muscles you didnt even know existed. Love the 1 on 1 training instead of a group training. You go once and I promise you, you'll be back

What can't you say about Mark as a trainer? This guy is intense, motivational, fun and always challenging you. Smart routines that build on each other to give you a serious sense of improvement every session mixed with detailed drilldown into technique makes me look forward to each day I get to go hit the bags with Mark.
If you want to mix up your fitness routine with something different or you are really looking at learning how to properly box like a champ, don't go anywhere else. Mark is the man!

Mark is an amazing instructor. He is fun to be around and is extremely knowledgeable. He will work with you regardless of what level you are at and tend to your needs and your schedule. You can't find a better one on one coach and friend. As long as I'm living in Pinellas, I will be attending Patton Boxing Fitness on the regular. Thank you Mr. Patton for everything!

Mark makes your work out fun. That's not to say it's light and easy. His workouts are challenging but not impossible, and you will always leave a session feeling like you accomplished something. He is one of the best trainers around. Don't miss out!

Mark Patton is the fine wine of boxing fitness. It's true! Take a few sessions with him and then stroll by a chain club's class. It'll be noticeable with just a few jabs of the bag, their skill levels aren't where Mark's clients are. He produces quality with his clients regardless of age or fitness level. That's what makes Mark a “master vintner” in boxing.
