I was hesitant to start a class but was convinced to attend. I had Connor as my instructor and he knows exactly what he’s doing. This class was the best thing I have ever done for my body. It’s a workout you will feel afterwards but totally worth it! I even bought a pass for a class pack to go once a week! Check this place out, you won’t regret it in the slightest.

SP provides BRILLIANT fun, high intensity, low impact SUPER pilates type classes. If you are in the St. Pete area for the holidays and need to find an exercise fix, this is the place. (NOTE: the regular classes would probably be better after a long night than the Versaclimbers, but to each their own) I took a regular Lagree megaformer class from Nicole and was so impressed. Because her class was so good, I went back and took the Versaclimber/Megaformer classes from David, and then Angela. All three instructors were knowledgeable, fun, and FUNNY (a rare combination). This review is long overdue! I first started with Studio Physique last July 2016. New to the area and looking for a great studio workout....I searched for Pilates and Studio Physique came up in the search. This is Pilates on steroids! It is the best, total, complete work out I've ever experienced in my life! It combines resistance training, strength training, low impact and Cardio in just 50 minutes! I have done many types of workouts in my life, step, aerobic classes, body pump, Barre, Cross Fit, Spin, Kick Boxing, tried every machine known to mankind, you name it, I have tried it and NOTHING, In my opinion, compares to the workout you will get at Studio Physique.
