My brother is looking for an apartment close by his job at the Angels stadium and we have been shopping around but let me tell you, we scheduled an appointment with Kat, not only office staff were friendly and professional but maintenance crew were friendly and working hard to keep the community looking amazing. Kat said she doesn’t have anything available but she will call us if something becomes available. Well kept community and prices are very reasonable! Looking forward to move in here 😉

My time at the rental complex and leaving was an worst experience. I try to figure out the fee's you guys are charging me. Example: Delivery fees, what's this? I would get charge up to $75.00 a month on this. What are you y delivering for me? Another fee is the Valet Trash, I never did Valet trash, no one came to pick trash up at my place or other apt.
Another when you have the exterminator come over and only give us a short notice. Why do we have to empty out all of the cover and put everything in the plastic bags. That is most inconvenience of all, for some of us work at home. I work

Horrible service and their corporate office don't care have email more enough executives about the injustice and wrong doing of the manager LISA but they don't care. This platform will be the first to ensure people don't rent here... Taking my case to Housing now since when you try to discuss things with Lisa she argues, Nick her boss definitely defends her and the so call client customer service number does not even return ppls calls. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

My husband recently got a new job in OC and we are looking for our new home close by his work. I scheduled a tour of this place and Kat very professionally walked with me through the common areas. very nice well kept apartments. As we got back to the Leasing Office Kat introduced me to her manager Liza and Liza explained to me the Project Access program available for the residents! That sounds amazing, I am looking forward to move in here when something becomes available. Nice, friendly,, & professional staff!

I had a tour of this complex and the office people were so nice! All of the amenities they have there are great and the apartments come with wood floors (I really dislike carpet in my main living space lol). They explained the process of applying and was very professional. Unfortunately they did not have anything available for me to rent at the moment that would fit me and my son. I will definitely keep in contact with them and see what they have available in the future.
