Working with a relationship expert can improve the health of your relationship and scale it up to the next level. I'm here to help you improve your mental health as well as the health of your relationship.

You love to make people smile and be happy with you. But after being let down by so many twists and turns in life, you're slipping away from the people and things you desired the most.
For millennials who want to save their marriage; who want to resolve conflicts and improve their intimacy; and who want to strengthen communication and trust. Also for couples who experience grief, loss, and other wild curveballs that life throws at them. For millennials who want to strengthen their relationship while transitioning into marriage.
Out of interest for my clients and practice, I have decided to serve as an out of network provider. That means I do not accept insurance at the moment. When you make an appointment for therapy, I reserve that time slot for you. Therefore, if you cannot make a session, please provide an at least 24-hour notice so I can make that time available to another client.
When your pain and hurt are in motion, it can feel like you have no control over what is happening to you. And that's a terrifying state. If you've been in talk therapy in the past and have not gotten the results you want, you may want to consider working with an EMDR therapist. A well-trained EMDR therapist can help you get to the roots of your trauma by using evidence-based techniques to allows your brain to resume its natural healing process.
