In this crazy market Jose is came through and within the time frame we needed.
Jose is very professional. He worked on selling our home and also helped us find our dream home. He was very detailed during the whole process. Answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable with the areas and towns we were looking at and was always ready to represent us at any time. Jose kept in touch consistently to make sure we were all in the same page or if we had any new questions that needed to be answered. He even followed up with us after we settled in our new home. Jose Sepulveda was a GODSEND to our family when we moved from out of state into CA just as all the craziness of Covid was happening. Since it became difficult for us to travel, he effectively communicated with us over video and phone. When we were able to see homes in person, he found ones that fit our exact needs and we were able to narrow down and decide which home to buy after viewing all the ones he pre-selected.
