I don’t even know where to start! Booked a couple’s massage for my wife’s birthday. The place was old and stinky and smelled like mildew. The towels were old and soiled. The sheets didn’t look clean nor smelled fresh. I should have walked out at this moment. There was no aroma or therapeutic scent. The lady started the massage and mid way through she changed the price on us! She and the other lady talked the entire time! We had no idea what they were discussing lol… The massage was horrible for the both of us! They didn’t listen and there techniques were like nothing I’ve seen before

Had a massage here, for my mother's birthday. They are VERY accommodating. It may not look like much from the outside, but inside, it is beautiful. They are extremely kind, and it was tons better than a massage I had in Las Vegas. You will be in for a treat if you choose to go here. Also, very very clean.

If you are looking for a TRUE deep tissue massage, this is the place. We were warmly greeted for our appointment time and brought to our private room for a couples deep tissue massage. After walking around DC for the weekend this was just what we wanted and needed. After warming up the body, hot stones were incorporated into the full body massage. We feel brand new. The price is a deal!

Pro: Had the deep tissue massage with hot stones, and did a couples session. Really great session and those stones were therapeutic. The therapist was very good. The price is also great.
Cons: They didn't answer the phones and opted to schedule me via text message. We got scheduled but that just seemed weird for a business.
As great as the massages felt, it was impossible to relax. The rooms are way too lit up and it felt like I was laying around outdoors. Consider darkening curtains or at least turn down the lights.
The 2 therapists chatted throughout our whole session with each other. The

As others have posted, I got scolded for not giving more tip. Apparently my tip (20%) was not enough, and the masseuse asked for a bigger tip for the massage.
Note to the business: Tipping is optional in the US. On top of that, if someone leaves a 20% tip, which is more than polite, you should never scold the customer for not leaving more. Actually, you should never scold customers for not leaving a larger tip.
The massage was good.
5 stars for the massage, 1 star for the customer service and rudeness of the staff.

We are visiting from out of town and scheduled a massage while here in Alexandria. We sent an email request to book and they responded within an hour. We were able to schedule for the same day in the afternoon.
The massage itself was absolutely amazing... like I wish I lived here so I could go regularly amazing! My husband and I did a couples deep tissue massage, completed by Lola and Alice. Alice worked out kinks I didn’t even know I had and was able to get the knots out of my back and neck from weeks of computer work. We simply can’t say enough about these 2 ladies - they were fantastic
